Asked for vega protein in my smoothie since I am celiac, they charged me for it but didn’t actually put it in my drink. Instead I got a lovely allergic reaction to the whey protein they put in… such fantastic customer service
I went in to order a lemon Squeeze juice and the worker was very reluctant to make it. It was an hour before closing. The last time I came in, I was told they didn't make juices past 3:30, and it closes at 9:00 (which doesn't make sense either way). I also was inquiring about the juices and the worker wasn't even paying attention and recommended adding ingredients into juices that already had these same ingredients. I'm a regular Booster Juice customer and I have never seen this low level of customer service at other locations.
