We had a family birthday dinner here today. Food and service was very good. My family used to frequent the old restaurant in this location and are glad that the good food and service has carried on. We ordered the make-your-own combo for 4 people and added 2 chow means and a large wonton. More than enough food for 11 of us plus leftovers. Everything tasted great. We'll definitely be back for more family dinners. Owner was very friendly and chatty.
Great tasting Chinese Food. Parking on west side of building. Owner is friendly. Gave me cookies while I waited for my order.
It was hot and packed well; however, it tasted like frozen dim sum that you buy at Chinese frozen dim sum stores.
Yesterday afternoon went with my friend and had a really great experience. Very friendly and hospitable staff. Family run business. Wonderful variety of dishes at great prices. Large serving. My friend being vegetarian they customized dishes for her. Very large capacity of seating. Will go again very soon.

Our friends have told about this new place. So we check it out and an awesome dinner. Friendly service in a great clean atmosphere. Plan to do the dim sum soon.
Had dinner here a week ago on a Saturday. Place is about 60% full but unfortunately the owner didn't have enough waiting staff( just himself, one waitress, one waiter/ delivery, and a kitchen helper to serve) felt sorry for the waitress for she worked her butt off. We made sure to left her a generous tips. As to the food, very large portion considered the price which is below average . We had ordered 6 dishes and all turned out excellent. I particularly like the deep fried spicy squid with salt and lovely bird fried rice, the sauce is overflowing outside the dish! We had enough leftover for the day after for the four of us, which is amazing. Definitely will go back.
The new owner is a very lovely gentleman that has since taken over from Ryan's Restaurant; one previous staff/ lady that we recognize. The owner is also very open to changes as we loved his foods that were steamed, but not so much his deep fried for dim sum which was what Ryan's good for. We also came here for dinner and had a six person pre-set dinner. Sorry, it has been a few weeks so I cannot remember everything we ate so will comment on that another day when I come again! Completely renovated and all nice inside!
We love the food there. Went there twice for dinner since it’s open. All dishes were good. Price is reasonable since nowadays everything is expensive. Will definitely go back again.
This place is full first time going there. Parking can be a factor depending on the time of day, note half of the parking states for another restaurant and the other half is for Jade palace. Dim sum dishes are nearly $8 a dish! The service is good, the food food and tastey.A friend and I thought the best value would be to get some lunch dishes instead.
