Good variety of fried vegetables/seafood, but kinda expensive for the portion size.+1 for freshness+1 for not greasy
Food was good but staff wasn't friendly or anything of that kind. I got served by a very serious and cold teenage girl. It would be nice if they can improve on this aspect as i really want to go back there. I visited on June 25, 2022 between 2-3pm.
Got the $15.5 combo that had popcorn chicken, yam fries and dough balls. Chicken is warm and fries are quite tasty. Portion is very small and they use chicken breast which makes it less soft. For crystal price, this is very expensive and not really worth the price. I'd give 2 stars but one extra star since the cashier was nice in suggestions.
I personally like restaurants that cook their food fresh after its ordered to reduces overall food waste which is a daily occurrence in fast food locations. The average wait time is between 6.4 and up to 16.4 minutes when there is a lineup. I like the Taiwanese braised pork rice with a small amount of chicken (10.5$ combo) for light meal consumption but I'll recommend trying the yam fries (4-5$ w/o combo) if you haven't before. The taste is unique and vastly different from most local's soft yam fries offering; It's crispy especially if you eat them within the first 10 minutes ^__^Ps. You can reduce the wait time and see what's still available by ordering through their App in advance. I usually try to order from this location first before going to buy Boba tea in the same mall.PsPs. There are 2 Pokemon VR Gym at this location<3 Taiwan <3 Japan <3 Good Food
I went to J&G Fried Chicken in Crystal Mall today and ordered three pieces of fried chicken. I stood there and waited for 15 minutes and saw everyone who was behind me took it. I complained that they didn't follow the rules, but none of the three women apologized and just refunded me to let me go. Will this service last long?
This is my go to spot for quick lunch, foods are great . People cry about waiting for too long and blah blah, do you know that they make-to -order?? Come on, this is not high five or church chicken, they dont make them and put under a heat lamp, everything are freshly made infront of your eyes.Their service and attidute are superior, althought they are in a food court, but they still give you that restaurant treatment, u cant get that kind of service and attidute in any food court or even some restaurant.
