Please be patient if you go here. They often have very few staff working and they make hand crafted teas that are wonderful. I try to avoid if I am in a hurry cause there can sometimes be a wait but it's definitely worth it. I would just like to see 2 staff in there! And why do all bubble tea places open soo late? I love caffeine in the morning and it's already noon by the time it opens. All the drinks here are fantastic though! And the bubble waffles are soo tasty. I love it! Probably my favorite bubble tea place.

Glad to learn that there are still very honest people. I dropped my wallet here and still managed to pick it up untouched 2 days later. Save me a ton of hassle having to replace my driver's license, credit card, etc.Their bubble teas are great also.

Good authentic milk tea - real tea with pearls. Got the pineapple cheese tea with pearls and it was cool how it had real pineapple. Even though the prices are a little high than some places, the portion is also quite reasonable.
Walked into an empty store and waited several minutes for someone to come out and serve me, but no one did. Now, I also work at a café, so I know that sometimes when it’s slow and only one person working, you have to go to the back of the store and can’t see immediately that someone walked in. But I can’t imagine not checking for 5 min if someone is waiting to order.

The worst service in Vancouver.When I enterd in the store,I said hellow but he just looked. So I said hello one more time because I thought He didn't hear it.But he just stood and looked, and he didn't take orders. So I felt a little strange, but I ordered it. But he just went straight into the kitchen without asking about the amount of ice and sugar, the most basic options for bubble tea. Then, He talked with his friend in the store in Chinese. I've never received such customer service while living in Vancouver for four years.I asked him if he could control the amount of ice and sugar, and only then did he ask me. I felt bad, I asked him if the original service was like this.He told me that he had worked for two years and answered yes. I loved this place so much for a long time untill yesterday. The service was good and the drink was delicious, so I always recommended it to my friends around me.But I will never come to a store that can't provide such customer service again.He needs to be educated on how to provide customer service.Except for this employee, other people were very kind and had good service.
Takes a very long time to make drinks. Menu is rather limited.Was asked about amount of sugar and ice so we thought it was an actual option.We requested for regular everything since it was our first time trying bubble tea from them. Drinks were warm, with no ice and tasted like water/milk with a hint of tea. Was rather disappointed.
