Good service, friendly staff, prompt service, tasty food.
Extremely friendly and accommodating staff. I've been here many times and have always had a wonderful experience. The food is good, fast, and cheap. They are wonderful when I bring people with wheelchairs in and always pull out the chairs/help with anything and everything. This I-hop is peak excellence for what it is.
I can see why the ratings are so low here. They don’t believe in the term “the customer is always right.” And Every ihop ive been to has been consistent except this one. The food is terrible, cold and bland here.
Today me and my partner, we went to have branch at this location.We waited for about 15 minutes before they brought us coffee and when we were ready to place an order .. my partner needed two hashbrowns and I wanted one, along with our main dish. The hostess , she kept saying "oh its too much hashbrown , he is already having 2 hashbrowns. You want more ? " she sounded very rude and judgemental. I'm like " what the heck is your problem, lady!? I can have 10 more hashbrowns, so what ? Do your job and bring me our food" lol, no I didn't say that. But it was very uncomfortable experience after that. She never checked up on us. Food was arrived late. Everything was brought up at once so the French toast was saggy and it wasn't really a French toast more like a piece of bread placed in a toaster with brush of whisked eggs on it ! ?The pancakes were dry!!! She didn't bother to bring butter . When she came to refill our coffees, I mentioned the pancakes were dry and she didn't say anything and rushed to serve someone else. The place was busy and it was just messy. I don't recommend anyone to go there
I decided to try the corned beef special! They used canned corned beef, this is not acceptable in most restaurants and the taste tells the tale! The pancakes were very spongy, the hashbrowns were very greasy,and the coffee was old and badly burnt!
My son and I at down for an early lunch, ordered and waited 20 minutes for our food. I could see all the meals laid out ready to be picked up. When our meals finally arrives, my son’s chicken and waffles were absolutely stone cold!Not a complaint about the kitchen but about our server. No one cared when we mentioned it. When I paid for our meals, I wasn’t asked if everything was okay so I told her the food was cold. The cashier didn’t care.Will not return.
Our brunch was really good and our server was so attentive and accommodating.I forgot how yummy their food was and I was impressed with the variety of savoury dishes if breakfast is not your intention. Something for everyone.
The food and service gets worse every time I visit. There won’t be more.Your cup will not be refilled (for 20-25 mins+) if you don’t ask. They do get busy, but on my most recent few visits they haven’t even been full and they’ve had a lot of staff.Very disappointing spot.
Went there for the first time and never going back. Order 6 dishes for family and friends, 2 of the dishes came with a special addition Rotten eggs, it was so obvious that the moment the dishes arrived at the table everyone knew there was something off, it smelled horrible. We had to ask the server to change them, who still had the guts to ask why were we changing them, despite the smell. You’d think they would change the entire plate, no, they just removed the rotten eggs and return the foul smelling plate. The service was very bad, very disappointing experience.
Had a pancake combo but was different from the photo on the menu. No strawberries. Nothing special from ordinary pancake. A bit disappointing.
