We used to love this place, come here often for the tasty food. But until last time the water drop front the ceiling possibly from the fans on our desk/food/personally belongings & on our faces like non stop. And we ask for help, the service ladies don’t even wanna help us to clean. Didn’t say sorry nor help us find another table. It was very awkward.

Feel the same as other people reviewed this restaurant: I & my mom used to come here to eat tofu soup it is their main dish and famously known for. But, now it is completely changed. The taste is somewhat weird and ingredients they used were so little. The pigeon size chicken egg included before no longer provided. Taste is not there anymore, but the price is raised to 15 for something that only deserves $7-9. Real disappointment. Will no come again.以前常来这吃饭。但是现在价格高了,质量差了,味道变了!不会再来……

I used to come here to eat tofu soup. That is their main dish and famously known for. Well, now it is completely changed. The taste is somewhat weird and ingredients they used were so little. I cannot believe they charge $15 for something that deserves $7-9. They do not provide egg in their soup which is the signature in tofu soup. It is sad to see how many Korean restaurants change over time. Real disappointment here, I would recommend to choose other options.

Bad bad bad. Avoid at all cost. Their foods aren’t really Korean foods. I ordered seafood tofu soup and the soup doesn’t just taste right. It lacks in traditional tofu soup flavour like chili oil. Also the portion is really small. I think I had only about 100 grams of tofu in my soup. I use tofu a lot at home so I could really see how little their tofu is. Also no egg. Plus they take only one payment per table. So you won’t be able to split your group’s bill at the counter. By far one of the worst Korean restaurant I tried in Vancouver.

I usually order the tofu soup with the combo bulgogi but they've increased the price. I ord seafood tofu soup and I was surprised to only have shrimp and some mussels in the dish. A little bit disappointed but the rice is still super yummy.

Recommended by my colleague. Known for their Tofu Soups (Sundobu). You pick the meat (vegetarian options available) and how spicy you like, I had regular below. Comes with banchan (Korean side dishes) and rice in a warmer pot. I love the rice crispy at the bottom but it was a bit hard to get out. Great dinner for a cold, rainy winter night. They do have a few other items on the menu like bibimbap but the soup is their specialty. Good portion for one individual. You can request additional banchan as well.

Great tofu soup, super hot, but so great, 비빔밥also very great!

got the seafood soup and beef bulgogi combo and the soup was flavourless and there was maybe 3 pieces of frozen baby shrimp. The beef bulgogi serving size was so tiny it felt like a a kids meal and tasted like cardboard. Even their side dishes tasted old. There’s so many better Korean restaurants that serve soondou better than this which is ironic because this is their main dish ?

The food is pretty good. You have to go inside to put your name down in the sheet. We went around sat 6pm and waited about 15 minutes. The parking outside is very limited, around 8 spaces btw. The tofu soups were very good. The side dishes were ok.

The food was pretty good! My bibimbap stayed piping hot the while meal. I loved the tofu soup. It was a long wait to get in but the service was friendly and the food came quickly once we ordered.
