I went there just before closing last night (Friday June 24th) to pick up a DoorDash order, the girl working was about to close but she unlocked the door to let me in. For some reason the DoorDash order didn’t go through so I was about to leave and the girl there was sooo sooo nice and offered me a free drink. She was amazing and so sweet… I’m going to try this place out now only because of how nice the girl working there was. 10/10
I'm a regular here and they have really good milk tea served by an older male individual and extremely nice customer service However, today was a little different. The female cashier closing on feb 4th rolled her eyes at me and let out a very obvious sigh after telling me they didn't have taro balls. She then proceeded to aggressively put down the Debit machine and when I paid grabbed the machine really aggressively hitting the plastic cover doing so. While making my friends and i drinks she threw her utensils into the sink which make a very loud sound that scared us. She definitely does not enjoy her job, and i personally would advise her to quit if this is how she's going to act in front of regular customers.
One or two really good things out of the menu, my past go-tos were the brown sugar jelly and taro. For what you pay for, there are other places.Service is usually not great but tonight was bad.
One of the few bbt spots in the Metrotown area that has adequate seating (though not at the moment due to COVID)I really like their fruit jelly toppings. Wish you could change the sweetness of drinks, many drinks I’ve tried there have been non adjustable for sweetness and the drinks have been on the sweeter side.Parking is plentiful as it’s in a plaza. Overall decent place :)
Really like their drink selection. I got their lychee jelly pineapple tea. It was very refreshing. Will come back more often! Their jelly drinks are quite interesting!
Ordered a hot red date Longan drink at 50% sweetness and it’s just perfect for me. I wanted to add in some unique taro pearls in the drink but the texture was a bit mushy that night. I’d probably stick with pearls/ pudding next time.
Got the coffee jelly milk tea (half sweet) and lychee jelly pineapple tea (half sweet) and both were sooooo good. It took a while to get the drinks but there was only one staff working and for how much I enjoyed the drink, the wait was worth it.Pros - open late and ample parking.Cons - menu is hard to read (bring your glasses!)
I had the taro slush with pearls. The sugar is fixed, but I found it to be perfect. I couldn't stop drinking it to share, so I had to go back and buy more :-)

Best bubble tea in Vancouver.I have tried many bubble teas so I have concluded that this can be world best bubble tea.(my second best is Xing Fu Tang signature one)I like nutty flavor in their brown sugar jelly milk tea. Ice and sugar level is adjustable and I always add pearl in tea. Their pearl is perfectly cooked and when I chew the pearls, my stress from work goes away. It is worth spending $6 for a bubble tea.
