Ordered waffles and chicken. Chicken was raw.Made a mistake. Should have seen all the other reviews complaining about raw chicken. Not sure how this place hasn't been shutdown yet.
Five stars for Hi Five !this is the first time i tried this chicken, and i should do it sooner!Tastiest fried chicken i’ve ever try here in Vancouver! they have spicy one which i loved, they even have Vegan menu, and chipotle mayonnaise! but Hi Five for their homemade Hot Sauce, plus good customer service. what else you’ve been looking for, right?Definitely more than enough reasons to come back there and become no 1 on my Fried Chicken List ! Hi-Five !!
Ordered through an app with a 50% off promo and the 3 piece chicken I received was not fresh, it was tough and dry. If you don't want to give fresh chicken to customers who don't pay as much, perhaps don't run these promotions.
Their french fries is the best among all the fried chicken chains I’ve tried in Vancouver — crispy and well seasoned. Crispy chicken tender wrap is tasty too. Yet, their fried chicken has lots of rooms for improvement compared with others in Vancouver — the meat is far from juicy and very rough; the skin is dry and close to burn; the taste is quite bland overall.
Love the chicken it’s the best. It seems to be a hit or miss with the customer service though. There’s been times where it will be amazing and friendly and more frequently I’ll get someone who’s annoyed by my presence. They are supposed to give free samples (there was a sign at one point) but when I asked I was quickly told no and when I asked for something of the menu that i regularly get I was told they weren’t making them. I ask for explanation I.e. are they discontinued?, are you out, is the offer gone but no reply I was just told no and felt stupid for asking. Love the chicken though so much! Also fried pickles ?
EDIT:I was able to speak to the manager of this location and he was very professional and apologetic. He tried to make it right by not only replacing our order, and gave us 15pcs, instead of just the missing 12 pcs. He also gave us a couple of vouchers. He personally took it upon himself to bring the missing order to us. Shout out to Mr. Suhas Shetty for dealing with this in such a professional manner.Thank you.Terrible experience via delivery app. I ordered 3 orders of the 5 pcs of chicken drumsticks. 3x5= 15, right? I was expecting 15 drumsticks but I received only 3 pcs of chicken. This order was supposed to be for a family of four. Sure, the app offered a partial refund but that's not gonna solve what we're supposed to eat at the time. Never ordering again. So much for supporting local.

Wish I could give 10 stars!!! I placed a very large order to feed my crew of 16 for payday and these guys aced it. Nothing forgotten and few extras thrown in as well. We tried crispy and roasted chicken, Mac&Cheese balls, Chicken Pot Pies, Coleslaw and Potato Salad. Every bite was enjoyed and everything devoured. Can't wait until next payday!!
Very nice location, spacious. Great and quick service every time I come here! Definitely would recommend!
