Food is always good and consistent since it’s a chain. Service always is prompt and polite and I’ve never had any issues in the 6+ months I’ve been going there as a regular.
I was disappointed with todays order. I ordered double chicken and when I measured it out it was barley 100 grams… not worth the price. Also was soggy and over cooked. Felt sick after eating it.
Man, i used to just love going here. Not so much now, the franchise isnt what it used to be. I was at the Lougheed Mall location today. Overcooked chicken, soggy quinoa. By the time I paid (extra for Sriracha, extra for quinoa, extra for Kale) which all used to be included, I ended up almost paying $19 for a salad! If I'm paying Cactus Club $$, and getting sub-par food - why go back? From the reviews, many others share the same view.
Not even worth a star. Had bowl there today (2019) and got a diarrhea after eating it. Came home with a bad situation.Will never go back. Now i will say though i do like the Freshii brand itself, just not this one.
They Lougheed Mall location us quite possibly the worst Freshii you can go to. Food wise the flavours are the same as all the other ones since it is a chain, but the portions are hit or miss and the workers are brutal. They're never at the front. Two were working today and both were at the back just joking around. When the male worker came to the front and saw me he asked if I ordered already and when I said yes he almost walked away; not even aware that I placed a mobile order. I had to remind him. It's almost comical how bad the workers are here. I even took a video of how long I was waiting for someone to come to the front. The only reason why I come here is because its close by.
I order green smoothie today smoothie was not blend properly and i ask for straw she said u don’t need and i try to drink I won’t be drink because it was soooo thick service was horrible I spent almost 9 dollars for that and dumped in the garbage. Really bad experience ?feel sorry for the owner .
The food was so fresh and good. But the 2 ladies(server) were not good. They were very,very,very slow I've just ordered 2 tacos and waited so long. It wasn't busy. Just 2 costumers waiting They were chatting.Then I asked hot sauce and she forgot to give me because they were just talking.
Small servings compared to the location I usually go to in Vancouver across from the Renfrew Skytrain station.
Ordered a Chipotle Pulled Chicken taco here today and was a bit dissapointed. It was a soft shell taco and it wasnt really worth the price of 13 dollars. Too small and not very satisfying.
Smokehouse burrito tasted alright but way to expensive for what it was plus the meat looked fake.
