The best customer service and great food
Ordered a medium red velvet cake blizzard. Got this, not even close to full, cake pieces were brownie, cream cheese was not in the blizzard at all, and it was not blended all the way through.
Why does the app show this location when this location won't take the coupons in the app. Your location shouldn't be on the app if you aren't following the promotions in it
What the hell is the point of having & selling your coupons in a coupon book if you're not accepting it? Is it a new marketing strategy they're trying out? Making customers visit a branch with a coupon and giving a warm welcome with "No. You cannot." ? This branch tried saving a cup of free juice but lost a bunch of other foods we were gonna buy in the end. Seriously, a kid selling lemonade on the street will sell better than this branch. Thank you for making us not spend any money on your product.
I ordered triple chocolate brownie but brownie was so hard and dry looks like days old. I reccomend to go somewhere else to get desserts because this dq have worst food quality. I'll never go agin there.
Ordered via SKIP the dishes for delivery. The treats were nicely packed, arrived as expected cold (surprisingly not too melted and still enjoyable) and tasted delicious. Had the new Oh Henry blizzard and the classic favourite strawberry cheesecake blizzard and both were enjoyed by my friend and I. Can’t go wrong in this heat wave with a tasty cool treat.
Shot the counter in grunt of the line, seems not interested in generating prof/sales.
I give them 5 stars for customer service, but 3 stars for the cake. I ordered an oreo blizzard ice cream cake for my son's birthday. They tried their best to make my design and even called the day before to clarify details to ensure that I'd be satisfied with the design. It was amazingly beautiful, even better than my expectations. However, when the cake was cut, it collapsed/ caved in because the centre was hollow. It became a mess since it was hard to keep each slice intact. I tried my best to scoop up and distribute the messy pieces into the plates. The crunchy cookie layer and caramel sauce in the middle wasn't fresh but too dry and hard. We were extremely disappointed with the cake and my son didn't even eat his birthday cake even though he loves DQ ice cream and chose this himself. Oreo blizzards and dipped cones are his favorites. After this experience, we will not order DQ ice cream cakes again.
Cashier "DOESNT WASH HANDS" and makes drinks after taking money. He put his hand in the icebox not using a scoop. I mean if you're touching creditcards, cash, cashier machine, or whatever you "MUST" wash your hands before making drinks. They have no idea what they're doing. "CORONA" is getting serious here in Vancouver. And especially like this shopping mall has to be more careful. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE.
