ordered medium sundae and PB parfait. PB parfait looked right, but the sundae was definitely a small. wasn't sure until i checked comparison photos online. Disappointed!
Conveniently located in the older part of the amazing brentwood.One issue with this place is I don’t like how they won’t accept the digital offers on the DQ app.First time trying the butterscotch dipped cone flavor. Not bad. 4/5.
The time on website that open from 11am and closes at 5:30 every day. Website is wrong they are not open till 11pm

It says that your store was open, so I drove 20 minutes farther out of my way just to pick up an ice cream cake for a family birthday. Your staff was there but couldn't be bothered to sell me a premade cake since I couldn't wait for the extra half hour until your actual opening hours and risk being late for the party. She even said she knew the hours were advertised wrong. How about fixing this or having a little compassion and better customer service? I used to live nearby and was a frequent customer... But now I won't be returning to this location
Delicious ice cream and Erika did great for the service and she is helpful and friendly
I came in today to get a chocolate banana milkshake. When he handed it to me it looked and tasted like vanilla. I said I had asked for chocolate and he said he put it in. There was no trace of chocolate in the cup though. I wanted it remade or fixed. I was told no they can't add extra chocolate. There was no chocolate in it! Finally when I wouldn't give up he threw syrup on top and handed it back to me. Not acceptable! I have ordered enough milkshakes to know how it is supposed to look and taste.
Inconsistent customer service. One staff will say something and another will contradict the other. There was a helpful young man but the rude young lady would not let him serve other customers. Typical wannabe manager who doesn't know anything about motivating staff - just barking orders. This and their future employers should avoid hiring her.
It was my dad's 76th birthday and they couldn't accommodate. Said they were closed when obviously they were just closing. Very sad customer service. Avoid like the plague. Other DQs are much nicer. Go elsewhere!
Staff was talking on their cell phones and ignoring customers, only to say they don’t have any ice cream. Definitely not returning
