Your employees are absolutely ridiculous wearing shorts?! Where’s the safety there. Also they don’t even know their own promotions says a lot about the store. Very upset and never coming back here
ABSOLUTELY REPULSIVE - THEY MICROWAVED MY FOOD.TRASH MANAGEMENT, TRASH EMPLOYEES, TRASH BUSINESS PRACTICES.Last night I ordered from here off Skip the Dishes. When the food was done, for whatever reason, the driver waited 20 minutes before heading to DQ. I contacted Skip to make sure the food was fresh and warm since I noticed the driver waiting in the same place. They assured me it would be.What was delivered was appalling. I'm guessing some teenagers were working, or maybe a manager that just didn't care, because the taste was very, very clear:They microwaved my food instead making it fresh because the driver let it sit for nearly a half hour. It as disgusting but I ordered it at night and was hungry so I had no option.Probably the most disgusting fast food experience I've ever had. Stay away from this trash location and trash management.
Poor quality and even more disappointing service

Went by there for a burger & ice cream. After seeing the state of the ice cream stations, I just got a water instead. Messy stations, machines dripping, debris on the floor. Burger was barely edible, it was way over cooked. The staff was friendly though.
Poutine was really just a spoonful of gravy and curds ontop of overpriced. Cheeseburger was bland. Bad even for a fastfood chain lol
It was alright, quality was average and the Sundae did not look appealing. Sadly will not go to that location next time.
I enjoyed my experience at Dairy Queen and the onion rings were great.
Toilet broken, very slow service, poutine was just fries, shabby decor, staff just waiting to die.
We order 2 blizzard apple pie and pumpkin we waited for like 20 mins and no body says anything about the Waite and then when we asked they said they changing something in the machine I don’t recall what it was, eventually took our blizzard went home took the second a bite and found something very hard and couldn’t chew it and I spat it out and it was a dirty ugly broken nail that was disgusting had to puke. right after, went to the store and took the nail and the 2 blizzard as well then I asked the girl that made it she said doesn’t know what it is and blamed it on the morning shift employees, they should clean their machines more often and also sensitize the machine area, very bad experience at this location, the next morning called and asked if the manager and asked is there the girl that answered she hanged up and called again several times nobody answered.
