I work here and have been doing so for some time, and I choose to remain anonymous because what I am about to say can potentially get me in a lot of trouble with the company.There are many issues with the administration and the ownership of this location and all of their sister locations scattered around the Lower Mainland. Recently HR has decided to stop hiring despite our location being understaffed. With many people leaving or taking time off within the coming weeks, we are becoming more and more understaffed yet instead of trying to fix that issue, they are requesting more out of us. On top of that, the owner has been trying to minimize labour costs. Frequently you will come in and see a person working on their own, balancing three different positions at once. A lot of the new hires have been given an inadequate amount of training because store managers have been told to schedule less training shifts in order to lower the labour cost. They expect the most out of us, yet pay us so little; I have seen weeks where store managers have worked all seven days due to the lack of staff they have available. The floor staff often take the blame for all these poor reviews, and the company refers to the store manager for everything.There are many customers and delivery drivers who also have a sense of entitlement upon entering the store. I assure you, we are always trying to ensure you are satisfied with your drink. There are a lot of company policies that we are instructed to follow and often we cannot do anything about them. We ask customers to be patient, yet time and time again, we get asked if their drink is ready. I assure you that when your drink is ready, your name or order number will be called. If we do not call upon you, or if you do not see your drinks ready, do not hover around where we serve the drinks and ask us if they're ready. Keep in mind, if we are backed up on orders, the quicker we get previous orders out, the faster your order will be finished. I know you expect us to be perfect but we are not, we are human just like you; however, we are given unrealistic expectations and responsibilities in exchange for minimum wage, and often your attitude is just not worth the minimum wage. Just because we were employed to do a service for you, does not mean you can treat us poorly and expect us to respectful back to you. I cannot speak for the other employees but I will always treat you how I feel you are treating me.I have worked other jobs, but this has been by far the most mentally exhausting one I have worked. I want to quit but I feel bad for my coworkers and my manager. The floor staff treat each other very well and we often have each other's back, the manager really sticks up for us, and that's probably the only reason I still work here.

Really like CoCo but wait time was abnormal. Quality never disappoints, but owner is clearly saving money on staff. Especially with the fact, that it is summer now + DoorDash and skip for to go. Waited 20 min in line Monday 9:30 pm with only 2 ppl working.To make things worse they didn’t have my favourite “strawberry latter”

The bubble tea is about par with all their locations. I just wish the servers would think for themselves rather than go by what the package says to make. Sometimes you want different types of jelly or pearls in a drink that doesn’t normally have it. They also will not mix fruits

It's our 1st time in this store but it took 25minutes before they gave us our orders and it's only 2 drinks. They fast in getting the order but took 25mins to assemble it.

This is my preferred bubble tea place to visit. My drink always comes out right.Staff are friendly, and they seem to enjoy interacting with customers.

Very friendly staff. My daughter has celiac disease and they were able to look up the ingredients to make sure the drink is gluten free. Thank you!

Friendly staff. Didn’t have lactose-free or soy milk. We tried pearl milk tea and passion fruit green tea. Probably 30% sugar is not enough, it was kinda bitter.

Terrible service!!This isnt the first time I experienced but there were so many times when u call and no employees picked up. But since my house is near, i always came like 3mins and realized the store is empty.Im wondering if the employees are lazy and they dont pick up the phone on purpose? I know they dont get lots of tip and the wage is low but this is not good for the business.Called like 10 times and no one picked up, they dont even accept my online order and just let it pending. Very bad service. I hope the owner looks into this issue because it happens regularly.

Went here on Jan 16th Girl at front counter was insanely rude and would hardly even communicate. Was also the longest I’ve ever seen a place take to make a drink. I waited 24 minutes and people who ordered after me got theirs before me. There was only two people waiting for drinks before me as well. Worst experience I’ve ever had in a bubble tea place and I’ve been to hundreds

The best ever!!! They have a beautiful location and perfect drinks. Will definitely visit every time pass by.
