I have been a consistent customer of Coco Fresh location off Lougheed Highway. This is now the third time I’ve ordered from the store, specified my severe allergy to dairy and requested they not use dairy when creating my Mango Slush drink; when in fact they have used dairy.I have ordered this drink from multiple locations (including Lougheed Highway) and have had success with my order. Each time I confirm with the employee that they will NOT add dairy because of my severe allergy, and each time they acknowledge my request.Again this is the third time they have put dairy in my drink and I’ve only found out after consuming some and noticing the difference in taste. I am wasting my money supporting your business, while also enduring the physical pain that comes from a mistake Your careless employees have made. Each time I have to toss the drink and not enjoy the rest of my day because of the accidental consumption of dairy.I am beyond irritated with your employees lack of respect or consideration for my condition. I will not be returning to any coco fresh location and highly recommend you educate your employees on the severity of allergies.
The drinks are always consistently good and fair priced. Be aware, the washroom is kinda gross and could use a cleaning.

Sad that I will avoid this coco from now on. I ordered a 3 guys (milk tea w pudding, glass jelly and pearls) on Feb 19. The milk tea is absolutely horrible, only have the taste of milk powder with zero taste of tea.
Went here on Jan 16th Girl at front counter was insanely rude and would hardly even communicate. Was also the longest I’ve ever seen a place take to make a drink. I waited 24 minutes and people who ordered after me got theirs before me. There was only two people waiting for drinks before me as well. Worst experience I’ve ever had in a bubble tea place and I’ve been to hundreds
My sago is so under cooked. You can tell it look raw with tapioca powder in the middle of them. Normally, I have no problem with them but maybe it’s too busy today that it seems like was made as regular sugar level despite I ordered 0% sugar.
I got the Matcha macchiato with black (tapioca) pearls but unfortunately I couldn’t take a picture as I drank it too fast.. it was very very tasty!Definitely recommend this place for their fast service and the interior is modern and clean.Parking is limited out front.<3 ?
Usually love this place but I asked for their December special which was green or black passion fruit tea with pearls included. I asked the girl if I could have mine without the pearls (regardless of them being included, l get a stomachaches from them so I just wanted to skip them in my drink) and she said I have to get the drink with the pearls. I said I wasn’t expecting to pay any less, I just didn’t want the included scoop, thinking maybe she misunderstood me thinking I wanted another discount, but she said no, I have to take the pearls in my cup. I normally love this place but that makes zero sense. The drinks are no pre-made or anything, there was no reason to have to get the pearls placed in my cup.
Their milk tea is somewhat average but I love their fresh milk options, they are not overly sweet and the milk doesn’t overpower the overall taste. The price is affordable too
Other then the parking debacle, the place is really quick, tasty and clean. Did i mention the quick service.
