Went for some late night food with friends. I don't usually head out for fast food at night, but seemed pretty busy in the store. There seemed to be only 2 people working, but the cashier was really nice and the speed was awesome, considering the lack of staff (which isn't the employees' fault).
They usually taste good. Today’s take out is the worst experience ever! Chicken smells burning and taste burning too. Called them and they said they can give us new one. Went back and have to wait them to change oil. There was 2 other clients have same problem too. After 20mins wait, manager said have to wait 40mins longer. Cause they have to change all oil?? We don’t want to wait that long. They refunded but that’s it!! All the time and gas we spend for nothing but hungry! Never come back to this location again.

I really hope the manager gives the lady working here a nice bonus or raise... she was handling the whole operation by herself on a busy night... and was so cheerful and pleasant doing so... i appreciate your hard work, thanks
Ordered the Tex Supreme sandwich and jalapeño bombers. They were both cold. The chicken was flatter than a pancake. And worst of all everything smelled like fish. Good service though.
I love their chicken!Just be careful when buying late at night, they already forgot my fries and biscuits two times.Best time to get it is during the day, it's fresh and they never forget it. ??
We just bought our Christmas dinner there and the food is horrible. The spicy chicken were actually burnt. The gravy was super salty. The fries and biscuits were okay. I don't like throwing food out but they were so bad I threw out 4 pieces of chicken and the gravy. I would never buy from this place again. The service is good but what's the point, the food is bad.
Because we had to wait a few more minutes for our order than normal, the staff gave us some French fries and also an extra piece of chicken with our order The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The extra spicy chicken which we ordered was delicious .
Came here for lunch today. I was grossed out by seeing a staff member cutting tomatoes with no gloves on. She then pulled her mask down wiped her nose with her fingers and pulled her mak back up and continued cutting the tomatoes. That is so gross and against health standards. When I said something to the staff they went oh sorry and she continued on with her chopping. Well looks like I won't be eating here any time soon. Since the old Manger left the quality has gone down hill.
This portion is just disappointing. $20 for this. I can count how many fries are in the box…
