$17 for a steak burrito I didn't even finish it was so bad, tasted like nothing even with the sauces and they still ask for a tip, at a food court?!There was some kind of casing in the burrito, the person serving it had no clue what they were doing. I waited in line after telling the guy what I wanted, came to the cash register and she asked me "what was your meat" turns out they didn't even make it. When I did get it she slid it over the counter, no napkins no bag, nothing.I was going to ask for a refund but thought they have more to worry about if their service and food is that bad.To the manager, you have a quality and management issue.
They charged me extra for guacamole and I’m sure I said no extra . It would been additional chargeI didn’t want get into argument so I just paid the extra 2.50. I think she was distracted or miscommunicationChipotle is way to go for Mexican .The burrito was salty too
First time trying Chronic Tacos & my son & I will definitely be back. My son loved his burrito so much that he asked when we can go back.
Knock off Chipotle version - but for the same price as Chipotle, haha… hey I was hungry, so I didn’t care… if you have time, there is better options, that’s all I’m saying!
The worst Mexican food I have ever had. No flavor at all. Would not go there again. !
Not bad for a quick taco fix.I ordered a fish burrito. A good three-five minute wait for fresh fish I don’t mind. The fish could use more flavor, and my rice is a little hard, not sure if it was under cooked or dried out. There was some bits of the cabbage that was hard to get through. Also the coldness of the guacamole was turn off in contrast of the other hot toppings.They have a good system to keep the line going, having one person per duty.I haven’t been back in years, not as flavourful as I remembered, but I’m willing to go back.
decent food, staff are usually kinda cold and unfriendly. docked stars as the employees were not following protocols. all 5 employees were not wearing masks. not only are they not wearing masks, they talk loudly whilst standing over everyone's food. this place is the only spot in the whole food court where employees are not wearing masks... i was going to eat here but opted for a different spot where the employees actually care. better change some things up!
They’ve always had good food but their safety procedures are almost non existent. Most employees weren’t wearing masks and they have gloves on but they touched my food several times after touching cash and their credit card reader with out changing gloves. Gross. Especially post pandemic. Bleh.
Went to this location for lunch one day ordered the potato tacos. What I received was not what I was expecting. What I got was 2 small tacos with 3 tatertots inside deep fried. There was no mash no cheese and no corn! Extremely disappointed
Tried this place out for the first time. The customer service was really good (which is why I’m giving 2 stars and not 1) but the food was not. I got the beyond meat quesadilla. It tasted DISGUSTING. Reminded me of literal dog food. I’m not a picky person and I’ve tried nearly every place in the food court and have nothing bad to say about any of the other places nearby. It was so bad I couldn’t even finish it. This all happened on a day when I was in the mall with my friend and we were not starving after a long day of shopping. I was not satisfied after this meal. My friend got food elsewhere and I honestly wish I had done the same! Never eating here again :(
