Went for a nice family dinner and the food was fantastic! The whole family loved it. Our server recommended we go with the two course Peking duck, and it was absolutely worth it! The stir fry filling in lettuce wraps was to die for. Peking duck skin was crispy and overall delicious. Chowmein was also amazing. Family also liked the General Taos chicken which was more western...but very tasty. Will come back again and again.
Good service re attentive. Value to food portion is fair. Fried rice special is good. Noodle somewhat too much soya sauce. Wonton was good and taste homemade.
I had recently ordered from this restaurant thought I would try it out it said it had good reviews so I figured the food would probably be good well I just want to tell everybody it was the worst place I had ordered Chinese food from there was one dish that I ordered that was disgusting it was sweet-and-sour pork the meat tasted like it was sitting out for a long time and it had a really really bad smell I also had some fried rice the rice tasted sour like it was spoiled the food all together just did not smell good or look good I ended up getting really sick from it and threw it away it’s probably the worst place to get Chinese food from please everybody be aware don’t waste your money at this place I really don’t know why they’re in business but I think the health food services should have them checked out anyways thank you for reading this review I hope it helps you
I like the Peking duck. The beef with scallion is also good. The portion of the dishes are not too big so this restaurant is a little on the expensive side. It is still good to go there occasionally.
Very friendly, fast service and food was super delicious
My experience was not great. Definitely will not be coming back. We were a group of 3. The waiter pointed to a table and when we asked for a booth she said we we will be tight in a booth (the booth can seat 4 people). I have been to chongQing many times. We had ordered the deluxe rice and the portion was much smaller. When the table beside us had ordered the same thing their portion was much bigger. Never coming back again.
I read the reviews of very cheep Chinese customers . Very disappointing as my wife who is Asian and myself really liked the unique flavours with a healthy lettuce wrap .Loved the duck and the chicken …keep up the healthier diets of your food . Loose the deep fried food .?
Well over twenty years , they still in business , lot of location in mainland , I find these location is one of the best in food quality and services , small parking lot , dinning room is not that big , but clean , comfortable , my uncle and aunt last night in Vancouver before going back to the Island , they love the authentic Szechuan food , menu have a lot to choose from , you can request the dishes to mildly spicy , the lettuce wrap one of the best I had , lettuce very crispy , the spicy green bean is flavourful but oily , the ginger beef is delicious , lot of beef and MSG , I love their crispy Seafood Chow Mein , over all , quality and service not shabby , not pricy at all , we all enjoyed the dinner very much , for sure , if I am in the area again , I am coming back for the Seafood Chow Mein for sure , delicious .
Tried this restaurant for the first time. Reviews are mixed so I thought I'd try their popular dishes. Mongolian Beef, Lemon Chicken, Chicken Fry Rice and Mixed Vegetables Stir Fry.The Mongolian beef was pleasant surprise. Tasted great and good heat. Spice wasn't over powering. Fry rice and vegetables stir fry was good but take out containers was a bit on the small side for the price you pay.Lemon Chicken was moist and flavourful, wished there was a bit more crunch but happy with the food nonetheless.
It’s OK. The food is good, but heaps of msg. It was also just a tad too salty for me. A little oily as well.
