Everything was good, except the manager/shift leader. Food was good and fresh, the place was clean and the employee serving me was great. The manager however was very rude to his employees, and just slightly rude to me. Not a big deal for me, but I felt bad for the employees
Disappointed at my experience. There were plenty of employees but only one was helping customers with their food orders. She wasn’t friendly and got upset with me when I asked for salsa. There was a misunderstanding. The location was not clean, with food, water and debris everywhere. The food itself was okay, but with so many food options in and near metrotown I would spend my money elsewhere. Chronic tacos is a better option in the food court.Sorry chipotle I won’t be coming back to this location.

I was just in your location at Metrotown and one of your employees who seemed to be either a supervisor or a trainer was being extremely rude to his staff. He was clearly working a newer employee and rather than help him learn how to do the steps of helping make my friend and I’d burritos, he was bossing this newer employee around and budging him out of the way when we wasn’t making things fast enough. The newer employee definitely seemed uncomfortable and belittled but the supervisor person clearly didn’t care. As a former manager in customer service myself I know what it can feel like as an employee that feels belittled and wanted to make sure this was followed up with.The supervisor in question was the only person wearing glasses at the time.I appreciate all customer service workers when they are clearly working hard even if service is slow, and the rest of the staff were great!
Excelente affordable food. I suggest to grab the bowls. It comes with lots of food and you can always wrap it up to go! Amazing glass view, specially during the summer and fall.

One of the best food to grab. The portions are great compared to the price and compared to other food chains! Also staff is always friendly and very fast considering it's always busy whenever I visit. Totally recommend it!
Ordered chips and guacamole. The guac was good but the chips were so incredibly salty they hurt my mouth to eat. Stopped after a couple and noticed many chips were covered in large salt crystals, so I had to fish out the few that weren't. Surely this much salt can't be good for anyone?
I ordered Burrito today with shredded beef & when I get my Burrito was there a little of beef and was wrapped so bad and my Burrito was open not wrapped good. Was really insult to the Mexican food.
We went to chipotle with my gf we got a bowl and salad, chipotle was good as always bu they forgot the salad dressing for her.
