A good and convenient place to grab some boba. I found the drink quality fluctuates with the time of day, mid-day being higher and late night being lower. Sometimes my order will be great, other days a little meh. The staff are always nice here though.
Chatime apparently doesn’t take gift cards even though they still sell them? So inconvenient, absurd policy, waste of money. Why sell gift cards and not take them ?? No one knows and neither do the clueless workers. Very disappointed - will be taking business elsewhere. Better Business Bureau will be interested to hear about this new “policy”.
Got the BT21 Kosmos drink with coconut jelly and a lychee green tea with aloe. Both were larges - totally forgot to ask for the purple packet that I was supposed to get... So I didn't get one ?Line was pretty long when I got there but it moved pretty fast and I didn't feel pressured to order quickly. The wait to get my drink was reasonable given the big line as well, so they're pretty efficient.Drinks were yummy as expected altho 50% sugar was still a bit sweet for me. Will need to go down to 30% next time.
Really good service!! Friendly and quick. Good location. Close to skytrain station.However, the drinks were not as good as we had hoped . Brown sugar milk tea was not as good as the other leading brand. Matcha smoothie was a bit plain. Will try other flavours next time

Sadly the worst bubble tea I've had. Service was quick but the drink was watered down and tasteless. I ordered a chocolate malt milk tea and it tasted like cold water, no malt flavour, no milk tea flavour. They also didn't bother to ask if I wanted roasted or regular milk tea like the other locations.I am a chatime regular and this location was very disappointing.EDIT: I have had the option of roasted or regular at two other locations offered previously without my asking, of course I don't know which is company policy but it can be done. I didn't keep the receipt but it was purchased within 10 min from when I initially posted the review.
My favorite branch of Chatime, this place is so peaceful and a great environment for if you wanna study or take your time to just chill with a friend and catch up! Try the new bubble tea they have, the golden milk tea which is for celebration of their 10 years anniversary, you won’t regret it;)

Like anything else, if you want extras it’ll cost you.They are located near Zara, the clothing store in Metrotown Mall.
