Great bubble tea store with a good selection and quality ingredients. I have never been dissatisfied with the bubble tea here and it has always been consistent every time we go there!
I love ordering their Matcha Smoothie here. It does take some time to make, but worth the wait.
Although sometimes it might take a little bit for the drinks to be made but, I can tell you they are 100% worth the wait! All the options are really tasty, personally I'm a huge Taro fan but the slushies are also delicious as well! People are really nice too, would recommend! ✨
Always fast and accurate service, I followed their recommendation today and found my new go-to drink. Yay! (It's a Iron Goddess tea with sea salt Crema, in case you want to try it)
Great service and made sure to follow up on a concern I had. This is also a great location and fills the Chatime/bbt void in Burnaby Heights. Will be happy to return.
Unfriendly staff, ordered smoothie but wasn't smooth at all, had ice chunks in it. I have visited other Cha times locations alot but only this one has issues.

This used to be Zenq, same owner. Staff are all well trained. Very friendly and patient.I was recommended me their featured dragon fruit drink and its awesome. Will be coming back again!
Chatime for me for the most part has been hit and miss. However my experience at this specific location has been great and consistent. The owner is kind and genuinely tries to accommodate customer requests.Quality- ordered their new limited time TRIO cup drink (dragon fruit bits with grape in one part of the cup, mango peach in the other and the last part of the cup was guava) the flavours overall were refreshing. Although I did not have toppings, I'd definitely grab it again next time but with coconut jelly.Service- the owner is super helpful and was very nice to my wife and my kid. The staff looks like they are still in training but they were still nice during our interactions.Cleanliness - although the dining room is still not yet open, the space it self is quite clean, they have plexi glass up and PPE worn by staff.Overall a good experience and will definitely return if I am ever craving chatime.
