Busy location. Standard chatime bubble tea deliciousness. Their sealing machine appeared to be having an issue so they had to take a part of the lid on every drink. That appeared to be slowing down their service. Other than that no complaints.
EDIT: Sent management an email as requested. Didn't get a reply.Oh my goodness, the staff member did not know how to manage her work. She had a bunch of us waiting around unnecessarily. I was picking up a Doordash order sometime after 10pm, Friday, March 4th. There were 4 orders bagged up and on the counter and a bunch of customers standing around. I waited a bit then visited the washroom. (The bathroom sink was FILTHY and looks like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks). I came back and the customers were still all waiting. I told the staff member which order mine was. She told me to please wait. Then, she started taking orders FROM PEOPLE WHO HAD JUST WALKED IN while we were still all standing around. Finally, I looked and realized mine was one of the orders on the counter. I checked it was complete which it was, grabbed it and left.
Only two workers were making the drinks and it took them forever to make a few drinks. Felt bad for the worker when people started coming in and lining up she already couldn’t keep up with the couple orders.
I went there at 3 pm today (which is Sunday) and they ran out of pearls for the day at least that’s what the employee told me I don’t know if she got confused but that’s what she said, their reason was that it’s very popular.. I mean is a Sunday you should be prepared for how many customer you’ll get, it gets busy everywhere not just Chatime, it’s unacceptable to run out of pearls this early.
Conveniently located chatime near Metrotown Mall. The staff here are very quick and efficient. The menus are easy to follow and read as well and I find they ways have special new drinks so it's fun to switch up. They also have a decent # of tables and seats that are spaced out so it's nice to hang out and grab a bubble tea with friends.
Thai milk tea and Chocolate Malt Milk Tea at 50% sugar are excellent. The service is quick. They are very effecient at taking orders over the phone. Unfortunately they do not take Amex.
Placed an order and came to the store, worker told me to wait a couple minutes after I showed them the order. I waited for 45 MINUTES before I asked for the second time because I understood that they were busy. The worker then tells me that my order got cancelled. It’s not hard to tell someone who had been waiting in line for that long that their order was cancelled. After they said that, they avoided eye contact instead of giving a sincere apology. Wasted 45 minutes of my life watching 3 workers pumping out 1 drink per hour. Another customer also waited 10 minutes at the till, and 0 of the 3 workers attended to her so she just walked out. Chatime more like Shitime.

Good place for milktea and drinks of the kind. You can sit in at this location. They close a bit later if you're looking for a place to sit and chat for longer. Great location
