Our waitress was fantastic, I wish I'd gotten her name so I could give her a 5⭐️ rating. Food was delicious as always. Pics include the Kyoto Fizz coctail, Baja fish ? and lettuce wraps
My meal was excellent and the quality ??. My friend didn't enjoy how oily her butternut squash tortellini was. She told the waitress who replaced it no problem with something else. The service here is excellent.
Had a wonderful Birthday Brunch with my sister. The food quality is always excellent. Great location and great service. They change-up the menu to keep it interesting.
This is a busy restaurant! usually we sit on the dining side instead of the lounge (bigger shell booths/bar seating) but can be quite loud. The booths are pretty spaced out though, not many staff wearing masks. I usually enjoy my dining experiences here so I’ll give it the 5 stars but my family dined yesterday and the staff mentioned “plates are warm” but also didn’t try to place it down for us so when my mom tried to assist and grab the plate it was not warm - it was scorching hot. If that’s the case that a server needs a napkin to deliver/provide a warning - then I feel you should place the dish down for the customer. Highly recommend reservations!
I don’t know who the chef is but they know exactly how to cook. I got the blackened creole chicken and it’s the best chicken I’ve ever had. The mashed potatoes were silky smooth. It was a lot of food for the price. Very impressed. Waitresses were incredibly kind and professional. She suggested drinks I was unfamiliar with which were also very tasty. I highly recommend this cactus club!
Who wouldn’t give this place five stars. It looks great inside. The washrooms are amazing. The food is predictable. And it’s delicious. It’s presented well. There’s always some thing on sale. There’s a decent happy hour. And this location is convenient with lots of parking.
Liked this location, ample parking, usually not that long of a wait time except on weekends, I’d recommend booking a table at least an hour ahead. Staff is nice and welcoming, good ambiance, will definitely keep visiting ?
Friend from work was in the neighborhood so he called and wanted to go for lunch. I picked Cactus club because it is close to both of us. Service was good, food was also very good. I had the grilled Chicken sandwich.
Very busy on Friday evening. Friendly staff, courtesy hard working waitress, bit noise in sitting area. Prawn green curry in dine out menu is not what I expected. Sour curry tasted awful, mix with rice for me is a disaster.
Have always had issues getting the perfect medium rare steak… tonight was made to perfection, right to the last bite… prawns perfect… perfect meal.. our waitress Celine was absolutely amazing!! Will definitely be back next time we are down on the coast!!
