I love their food and creations. Our service last night was on par, but our entrees that were served was not up to my standard. Both our Med bowls still had rice on the edge of the plates, my lettuce wraps was brought, but I waited a good five minutes till I asked about my head of lettuce because it was not brought together, unfortunate part was every single plate brought had fingerprints all around the edges. Was not wiped.
Note sure if Posting this will make any difference but its a common sense to have 2 tables side by side when someone from same group is making reservations for 6 plus people. Understand that you can not have sitting for more than 6 but atleast have the courtesy to let people know that you won't even be sitting even side by side or next to each other.We made the reservation for friends wedding Anniversary celebration for 9 people and they gave us 2 tables with 10 tables in between. Upon asking, they said its rule and its mentioned on policy when making reservations. We made a reservation for a year-end meal and went. My friend said that I spilled water and asked for a napkin. The staff in charge of us didn't bring us the napkins until 17 minutes later.The atmosphere and food are delicious. But her friend's dress was wet.
Had our company Christmas dinner just recently... had a great time and great food. I went for sangria this time for drinks... next time I will go for belinis as both are my faves. And salmon for main course..yum.
The service was middle road, and the info provided for the wine list was very poor. Wine lists should always be available and staff should be always available even during this time with disposable paper menu. This should be a no brainer when you charge $20 for a house wine.

This cactus club location seems more chill than others. Nice music playlist and the staff are super friendly.We had the med bowl and the butternut squash ravioli. Med bowl was pretty good. I think the chicken was a little dry but, most other parts of the bowl was pretty good. Salad had a nice vinaigrette dressing with nice fluffy rice. Best part was likely thr falafel though. Great flavor with some crunchyness.Can't go wrong with butternut squash ravioli. Always tastes amazin!*Reviewed the wrong location.
Good food and friendly staff at this location, unfortunately I didn't have a great experience with take out. When I got to the restaurant, I was asked to wait near the entrance for someone to take my order. No problem waiting but wasn't expecting to wait 10 mins when there appeared to be two staff available. After ordering I was told I would receive a text message in approx 20 mins when my order is ready. I expected a delay because another takeout customer mentioned this as she waited for her order. However I never received a text notification. After an hour I finally went to the restaurant to check on my order and found that it had been ready for 45 mins... The hostess confirmed that they had my phone number correct, so it was not clear why I was not notified by text or call when my order was ready. Pretty disappointed with the overall experience and will be visiting a different location next time.
