Absolute garbage,Ordered a bubble waffle with the rice roll snacks. Waited 10min thinking it was for the bubble waffle being made, looked over the counter literally 15+ pre made waffles sitting out in the open under a broken heat lamp.Once received my order the waffle was cold and asked if I can have a fresh one and was denied because I didn’t request for a hot one when I ordered. 3 employee kept contradicting each other when I asked why are they serving them cold when customers have no issue waiting.1 said they need to get rid of them because it’s been made 2 hours ago.2nd one said they are cold because it’s a 2$ add on3rd one offered to microwave it for me and said next time ask for it hot.If you guys like cold waffles sitting in a open mall with high traffic with bacteria flying around all day on your food then this is the right place for you!Side note, the rice rolls were microwaved too, so something to think about what else are pre made and microwaved.
Had lunch here during a busy Saturday afternoon. Quality of the soup base (tomato and corn fish soup) was not very good. Bubble waffle and milk tea quality was decent. Tip: Do not rely on the order number display if you ordered online. They might have your order already packed and ready.
I’ve had the Salty Chicken Nuggets twice now and I love it! So simple but satisfying. The chicken is so crunchy and the sauce is sweet and spicy. Great option in the Amazing Brentwood food court.
Came here a few months ago and the food court is very nicely built and decorated; however, I cannot say the same about the food. I understand the expectation of food at bubble waffle shouldn't be too high but this place fails miserably, even compared to other bubble waffles.Ordered a Tan Tan Noodle and the sauce isn't even the peanut sauce. The sauce they put on is like a sour and salty base and I couldn't even finish half the noodle.I definitely wouldn't recommend this place, although the choices of food is still fairly limited at the food court at this time
Feeling like something soupy? This is a new bubble waffle location inside the brentwood mall food court. Staff is friend and organized. Menu is very extensive.I think the bubble waffles chain does really well for people who want to have a really complete combo (food, drink, snack) at a reasonable price.

The portion was big for the noodle soup but the service was bad. The cashier was kinda rude when she was taking my order and they weren’t communicating properly.
Wrong order item for me and tell me “You still can eat this one because the cashier made a mistake already!”I'm ordering Hainan chicken noodles with Laska soup with other things but they put the wrong noodle and soup for me! When I call to complain and what I revived from this restaurant is the answer “You still can eat this one because the cashier made a mistake already!” without any offer return or something like that!So this is my fault? I have to eat the item I don't like????I am so disappointed with the service here after several times I bought!
They discontinued the staff discount and the "VIP stamp card" makes you spend $60 in soup noodles for a bubble waffle we can add on for $2. This drives away customers, despite their mouth-watering food.
I ordered a Lamb noodle soup (original fish soup) combo with an iced milk tea. I liked that the soup wasn’t oily or too salty, and the portion was enough to satisfy my appetite. The bowl was overwhelmed with more vegetables (mostly cabbages) than meat; I personally was happy to see lots of vegetables in a foodcourt meal. The bubble waffle was warm, chewy inside, crispy outside.
