Words cannot describe the insults and disappointments I got from this place. The first incident happened a while back when they used to give stamp card. I did not want to bring it up but this place just has some of the worse customer services. Again now they made a mistake on my order, normally a simple apology would solve it but they made it a point that I was in the wrongs.. seriously I am a avid fan of the bubble waffle chain and have been for years its normal that my stamp cards are always full. Its my usual diner hall. This is the only location that did not only just denied my cards but said I stamped them myself? Are you fscking serious? Never coming here again.They say you are only as good as who you are. Either hire better employees or expect no business from existing loyal customers.
My 8 years old wanted to try their waffles, however did not have a chance to do this as she was turned away due to vaccine passport requirements. Even though this is not a restaurant with service, but more a fast food style. Well, they lost us as customers even after the requirements will be lifted in a week as we will remember this horrible experience for a long time.
I ordered a drink and was unfriendly treated. May be my order is too small for them. That's OK. Hope they run good business during the covid.
Drink was good, noodle had the smallest portion of meat possible amd was not worth the $12.50.
Thought I'd post here since there's alot of bad reviews on this location. I been here many times and foods been consistent and portions are good. Service is pretty good. I do agree they do put alot of ice in the drinks so technically you get less drink. Overall it's good.
The food is really good and the portion is fair. But the interaction to the customer is not really nice. The price is not affordable.
So what’s the deal with this place? They’re prices are higher, portions smaller and don’t accept bubble waffle cafe loyalty cards because the stamp is a different color???!!. The lady even told me this place is special . I repeat special??!! She said yah, special in her canto accent. Such a confusing experience as this place isn’t consistent with other restaurants. If want to visit a bubble waffle cafe, please know this location is very different from other locations. Don’t come here if you want to pay more for less.
Staff wouldn't honor the stamp card redemption of a bubble waffle, they stated the stamps are from other locations.very bad and cheap customer service from my stand point.
No service and very rude! Food is not good as well!
Me, Gurpak, Rajvir, and Gookpal went here and buy of the hurricane potatoe and they all overcook and burn. Taste like potatoe chip disgust!! Gookpal say he never come back here again big waste of money! Avoid at all cost
