Cactus cut fries nice. Buffalo cauliflower meh. Nice festive ambiance.

The pizza is an American-style one with its quality up to standard. This “Meal Deal For One” set with one pizza and one salad is $19.94 including tax, a bit expensive but still okay. The waiting time after we have ordered is acceptable, just a bit confusing before taking our order as people waiting for tables to dine in are mixing with those delivery drivers and those waiting for order take out. It took some time for us to place our order successfully.

A nice location. The bar area is quite roomy and has good views of TVs everywhere, they play multiple sports at once so you can watch whatever you like.Stephanie was not my host, or my server, but her service was great. Very accommodating and helpful all around! Erica was my server and she was great, I didn't really need much, but she seemed to be working really hard to make sure all the other tables were taken care of.The food is always alright here, nothing special (no complaints), but the ambiance is definitely good as a venue to watch sports or hang out with some friends for drinks.

I only ordered take out. It was a kids meal that included a cookie and juice box.I had to repeat myself continuously just to place my order. When I went to pick up my food, the hostess greeted and was nice. However, when I reached the park where we were meeting our friends, I noticed the juice box wasn't inside the bag. Thus being a problem, since my daughter had finished her water at daycare. The veggies and dip was only 1 carrot stick, 1 celery stick, and 4 smaller slices of cucumber, yet a full side of ranch. Hardly veggies and dip.Still waiting to hear back from someone regarding this. Depending on feedback, I may change my rating and even possibly try this restaurant again.

I thought here you can eat only pizza, but there were more options, i took the chicken with parmesan and was very yumy..also i rwcomend the cookie for the dessert!

I’ve been to many Boston Pizzas and their food is always great, so I can’t leave too bad of a review here. That being said, the customer service is far from good. As I had just left school, I walked in wearing a jacket and backpack—something pretty atypical compared to regular customer attire. I have no doubt my appearance was somewhat off-putting to the hostess, whose name was Alyssa, or some other variation of the spelling. She initially looked at me as if she wasn’t really expecting me to want to be seated. I didn’t get a greeting whatsoever. I had to initiate, rather loudly because she was now standing behind the register and plexiglass, not even looking at me, and asked if she could please check the balance of a gift card that I had.She looked very confused and told me plainly that the only way to know would be if I were to actually pay for something. That’s simply not true in the slightest. I’ve checked gift card balances at plenty of other businesses; the registers have a function to do exactly this. So, thanks for that Alyssa. I’m now on the bus headed to a different Boston Pizza location where hopefully their hostess will be properly trained.

Trying the new join membership free yam fires and the burger. It is cool for having drink over there. The patty of burger is junky. I can't taste the beef at all. The fires is soso.I recommend red robin instead.

Pizza and salad were good! And the staffs were kind as well, but they never checked how the food is, or need anything else like that. She just delivered our food and it was too hard to call the server anyway. ??Anyway, the food was okay!

Very good service and staff are friendly?

Came here for the pasta special, was not impressed at all. The service was quite poor, when we arrived the hostess took us in, then she stopped to have a conversation with her coworker and then left us hanging as if we weren’t there. To make it worse, the waitress we had seemed to be sick, she was constantly making snuffling noises AND none of their staff had masks on (like the mask mandate is gone but still..). She was going from table to table without her mask on and making snuffling noises!!On top of that, the dish I got wasn’t fully cooked. The pasta was slightly on the hard side… I definitely don’t recommend coming here.
