This is a great option when you want a nice hotpot but dont want to be overly stuffed. I love being able to just grab one or two pieces of each item for the variety without having to pay for a huge hotpot spread. And the two soups that we tried (collagen and signature) were both delicious. To top off the experience the meal came with a delicious tea and ice cream cone. The tea and wonderfully refreshing and the ice cream was a perfect finish to help cool off after a hot meal.

My first time here and I was surprised how much I liked it! The food was pretty good. I like how you can choose whatever you want and it's by weight. The only downside is the crazy wait time, which is to be expected for a good restaurant. In total I paid around $30 and I was super full. The tomato malatang soup is really good if you like a bit of spice to the tomato broth. I would definitely come back here again!

I just picked up my food and opened it. It’s my third time to pick up the food here this week and I always ordered Spicy Szechuan Dry hotpot. When I opened it, it didn’t look like dry hotpot at all. It seems like they made regular hotpot and packed it without the soup. You guys can make a mistake, but you should have at least explain me when you guys gave me my food. I wouldn’t ask you guys make it again. Just needed to explain instead of just giving me the food. I was standing in front of the cashier counter when the girl was packing. Quite disappointed.I will still come back to pick up the food, but.. really disappointed about the customer service.I added pics as well both which I picked up today and the other day.

This is my favourite hotpot place in Greater Vancouver! The restaurant looks beautiful with lots of wall art and decor. The service here is amazing as the staff are all very kind and helpful. The individual hotpot concept makes for a personal and convenient experience. The prices here are very good, and there is a wide variety of ingredients that you can pick from including meats, seafood, vegetables, tofu, and more. There are multiple broths to choose from. I have tried the Signature Ma La Tang and collagen bone broth and they were both delicious :) The drink bar is also a huge highlight as they sell really good bubbletea to go along with your meal. You can finish off your meal with their featured ice cream flavour which is currently matcha. Overall 10/10 experience

fun experience and pretty good food!you get to self-serve the ingredients you want, then choose a soup base and let the staff cook your pot for you.there was a large selection of hot pot ingredients, with all of the essentials and some more unusual choices — like soft-shell crab. everything i tried was tasty!! the bubble tea was also good.the main criticism i have is that since the staff is cooking your entire pot at once, certain ingredients that might demand a shorter cook time become rubbery and hard. still, i would recommend!

Food was very good and friendly service!

hot, delicious, nutritious, and 100+ varieties of fresh ingredients!!

Fun experience picking out your own ingredients from a huge selection of fresh products. We each got 0.5kg and the leftover was good for another solid meal at home. All soup bases are dairy-free which is great for those with allergies. And not too oily.Cost is a bit on the high side but service was quick and attentive, plus the free ice cream with waffle cone, so worth the price!

This place was for sure cute! The way it is set up was pretty cramped but, for the space it was very well laid out to get as many people in and as many people out also. I might be old school but I imagined hot pot with the pot where you cooked everything that’s brought to you. This was a place a friend of mine wanted to try, and we tried it - for sure it’s unique. For the price, I feel it’s very reasonable and you do get what you pick to be full.TO THE POINT:• The bubble tea hits the sweet tooth ??.• The food overall is a good time saver.• The ice cream is generic soft serve.• If you’re with someone, you either get your meal before or after a quarter way done their food.OVERALL: Bang for your buck.

Very satisfied! The ingredients are fresh and service was pretty quick considering how many people there were in the shop. Everything was well cooked and the meat was the right tenderness. I do think it's a bit on the pricer side, where a bowl can easily go over $25, but for a new concept sure, why notThe atmosphere is more casual than I expected from photos/videos from influencers and social media, and the staff seemed to be really exhausted or not sure of what they were doing. I'd say a good spot if you want to try something new but definitely prepare to be shocked with how much your pot weighs
