Understaffed..very slow.....takes less time to go through mcdonalds drive through than to get a bubble tea here...drink wasn't the best either..maybe all coffee bubble teas are really bitter??

Big Orange is always my favorite Bubble Tea chain to go too. They always have the best tasting drinks and boba compared to other places, and I find you get the most for your money. Would be so sad if they ever closed all their stores. Bubble tea would never be the same for me.
Every time I went to Metrotown , I make sure to have Taro slush with coconut jelly. This place is very clean, fast service and not crowded.
It's a great boba place. The bubble tea is really good.However, if you're just going to get bubble tea at Metrotown, I would recommend going to the other boba places (my personal favorite is upstairs next to the Starbucks that recently closed)The employee that works there does their job as they should, but nothing too special.
Better and healthier than orange julias
The service is great, if you're getting fruit blended drinks, you can definitely do without the pearls.
Very good CP for the buck, the few times I buy from them are almost always good.
The Strawberry/Blueberry Smoothie with pearls is incredible.Ordered it with Doordash. Perfect blend of both flavors. Highly recommend!
No only is the bubble tea average they also screwed up my order. Ordered a regular and was given small. I was cut in front by a couple when ordering and the staff looked at me and said nothing. Love bubble tea too much and they are the only store by the theatre
