went with friends for my birthday and it was absolutely wonderful!! staff were super kind and quick and the meat itself was amazing, i also loved all the side dishes they gave us. the only critique i have really is one of the dishes ordered, the soup base was delicious, but the vegetables and meat in the dish were a bit bland. other than that, i’d love to go again for a fun night out with friends. not super busy on a weeknight, went on a monday around 6:30, stayed for 2 hours :)
First time we ate here and it was ok. Friendly staff... service was quick. Daughter loved the button you press to get service... each table has that button feature and a small tv to watch K pop music videos. Serving was not what I was expecting from the prices. Prices are in the high end. Rice bowls are thicker in the bottom it gives you the illusion that there's a lot of rice but there isn't.
Somewhat more upscale korean restaurant. They offer Korean BBQ here along with the traditional dishes. They also serve alcohol and drinks here. This location is suitable for larger parties as they have VIP rooms you can book in advance that can hold large groups.I would say the food is good and the prices are decent for the environment and atmosphere you are getting.However the service could definitely use some work. We had to buzz and wave down servers many times before we could get more tea or even order food at times, hopefully we just went on a busy day?Regardless I would repeat and come back here for kbbq if I'm in the area.
Staff was really friendly and helpful! Not many people when we went on a weeknight. BBQ meats were nice. Spicy cheese chicken was just ok. Needed more flavour. Spicy tofu soup was just ok as well. Decent. Price is on the higher side. Private rooms were available. It could be better but I think 4 stars is fair.
Quite bold to charge $16 for kalbi tang / short rib soup with one tiny piece of bone-in kalbi and a few pieces of much cheaper brisket / round cuts. Looks very different from the picture in their menu.
Shop does not deserve for 3.9 Star.1. Staff are serving with care, friendly and humble2. Side dishes and sauces are refillable.3. Meat are juicy and tasty4. Shop is classic and spacious.5. Location is near busstop, mall and shopsSo I give 5 stars.
Awesome time here with the fam.Had the premium meats option. The portion is fairly large and is a good size for 4-6 people. The kalbi and short ribs were so tender and went so well with the rice. Loved the vegetable side dishes too, with the potato and radish being our fav.Side note, not sure if they do this to everyone but, our waitress ended up cooking the meats herself and she did an awesome job!
For Korean bbq this is my top pick. Excellent very fast service and really fresh meat. This is the first place i have ever been to that my clothes don't smell like fried beef once I leave the restaurant. I give this place 6/5 stars if i was able to do so. Prices are decent, cheaper then Calgary for sure.
We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food! It’s the best place to get Kbbq in Vancouver without a doubt. Service was amazing as well!
We had the best k-bbq experience here tonight. We ordered the premium combo and the short rib meat was out of this world. The meats were so tender they just melted in your mouth. Surprisingly the portions were generous and the plating was so fancy. The service was decent, our waitress was friendly and attentive. We finally found a great Korean bbq place, we’ll definitely be going back here again soon!
