Slowest drive through I’ve ever been to. Consistently 15 minute waits for basic menu items, regardless whether it’s 5 am or 5 pm.
Waited 10 minutes for our food while being skipped for drive thru orders. Food was cold, bun was hard, food came wrong. Asked where our food was and we’re told they were short staffed … after watching them play around and chase each other around.
Very small location, only had 5parking spots, 3 of them can be seen from the drive thru window,. other 2 are located out of sight from the store.Last week, HEAVY RAIN. I was with 2 kids and placed mobile order -curbside pick up. (since i cannot leave 2 kids alone in car, so I used curbside pick up and expected them to bring out the order to my car). When arrived, ordered taken and was informed that order will be brought to my car 2-5mins. After waited for 15mins.. no sign of food. I have no choice, I have to unplug my 2 kids went into the store under heavy rain.. When I ask for my order, the cashier rolled her eyes and said she looked out the window 2 mins ago and DID NOT SEE MY CAR and showing attitude that I was wrongly park somewhere she cannot see. OK, when I arrived, the 3 spots that she can see from the drive thru window were full. I have no choice to park at the spot that they cannot see. Now its my fault for not "showing" my car?Sorry, A & W, I like your food, however this kind of services not worth me to stay. I understand that my tiny little bill will not affect your profit.I hope this review can be viewed by others and understand how this location treat their clients.
This is a pretty consistent A&W for food. The drive through is SO small and they often make you park on the side and they will bring your food out to you. So it’s definitely not FAST for fast food (unless you are the only car there). It’s my go to though for when I’m looking for something quick.
Got a Beyonce burger, two apple pies and chocolate pie. Burger was cold and stale. Pies were cold as they had been sitting for over 6 hours ( see photos). Don't even deserve a star.
Please A&W, bring Rooty, the root bear back. If we can't see him, we can't taste the food! You know? Like your 90s Canadian advertising campaign? Get it? Just kidding Allen. You too Wright. You can taste their food. I'm just playin.Classic fast food that could use a vast nutritional upgrade while removing 70+% of the salt, but what would the bear taste like then? Probably a Beyond Meat patty, amirite? Love those things. If you like them too, ask for a "Double Beyond Mozza Burger, no bacon, extra pickles, extra mayo, extra ketchup, add fried onions" for the full Starbucks experience. Then, expect to wait about 5 mins for them to bring you back a huge burger that you can barely fit your mouth around unless you have a bigger mouth than mine, which is statistically unlikely.Four stars only because of how their fries are consistently. Please guys, put your fries in the frier and set it to "cook", not "defrost". I swear, if you don't tell these guys"well done" for your fries, be prepared for fries so soft you can chew them with your tongue. They're like M&Ms: they melt in your mouth, not in your hand. If they're well done, it's definitely an improvement.
I ordered the All Canadian breakfast platter. They fry up the eggs how you like them and toast your choice of white or brown bread. It's a delicious treat because I don't usually have bacon and sausage at home.
Might be the worst managed A&W I have been to. They refuse valid coupons, food takes forever and is over cooked and dry.Will not be getting food here anymore, luckily McDonald’s up the street is more reliable
For fast food, I'd say A&W's are way better than Mcd, they offer better pricing with their coupons and generally the make your food faster.Just an update , it's lovely to know that in these trying Times , i go to the same location with the exact same coupon i have used 5 times before and I'm refused service and I'm Called a Liar ? , good to know A&W thank you for treating me Like I'm a theif
How can you serve fries that are too hot to handle, in the same bag as stone cold burgers? Happens to me every time, no longer using this local resultant ?
