I love A&W..and I dont like to complain. The drive thru service was fine, no issues at all. Id just like to say that fries should be made fresh. There was no lineup and I would have been willing to wait 3mins for a fresh batch! From what I could see the restaurant was empty at 8pm. So I think at these slow times, you should have no reason to "stockpile" and serve fries/burgers that sit under a warmer. Im noticing more and more this at fast food places. A&W please dont be like the other places, put some effort into your food
Amazing Staff, some of the best in the lower mainland. Team was having fun, store was clean, customers were even having fun. This how an envious should look. Amazing Team. Was there Thursday morning 9am and went back at 12. The staff made my day. Raise for all of them working.
Are You Kidding Me?This place makes the BEST English Muffin Bacon and Eggers!!! I mean the bacon was falling out, the cheese is REAL, and the English muffin is nicely toasted (not sure if you can see those gorgeous toasted peaks - but OMG!). There is NO competition - the other (who, I'm sure you can guess!), tastes gummy, rubbery and not real.Kudos to these guys!
Got to the end of my burger and realized the bun I just ate was moldy.
Worst customer service ever I mobile ordered for drive thru and the person running it had no idea what I ordered which of the bags was for me. Got my drink wrong. They don’t even check if what’s in the bag is for you someone just hands it over and there you go. Got my order completely wrong not even the right burgers like i can imagine if you put tomato’s on it even if I asked for it to be removed but giving the completely wrong order to the wrong person wow. They move way to fast, unorganized. The kid had to take the lid of to see if that was indeed my drink. And still had to ask what drink I ordered after he dumped that cup and filled a new one. Why say someone’s order is ready when indeed it’s clearly not. Highly recommend avoiding this place unless you want to be the type to have to quadruple check your order. This wasn’t the first time. Highly recommend Triple O’s down the block.
Hello, i went through the drive thru April 19.aprox 5:30pm I was greeted through the speaker that sounded like a young man. I then proceeded to order my food when he started laughing and can be heard joking with another coworker while trying to take my order which was displaying incorrectly. I paused and tried to order my food again as he inputed my food incorrectly once more. Frustrated by staff who were not taking the their job seriously, I canceled my order and drove off. I have been to this location many times during the day and have not received this poor level of service. Management needs to address the staff on this shift.
Great service and experience. Trying out going meatless and having the option to have a Beyond Meat burger is great. Staff were quick and attentive.
Best Night crew ever I have experienced, great customer service with smile. Such a courteous female staff. I went through the drive-thru and was given prompt courteous service. Thanks for being so nice with amazing customer service experience. We would love to visit here again and again.

Real bad service counter staff .I orderd one lage black coffee double double lage coffee and sweet potato. But counter staff india girl very unhappy serviced.i think never visit back .actually I give -10 star..
