Such a shameful act done by there manager and there crew members. They keep staring there customers like no one else. At first i ignored but then one of my female friend who works in the same food court she complained about him but no one took action.The guy(manager himself) shout, and torture every single girl who passes by the back entrance. Like come on, you guys also have sisters at home. So disgusting. I appeal to the senior manager or the owner of the store to take better care of their staff please.
Took over 15 mins to get our food and there were 0 customers waiting. Cashiers are always snobby and never smile, never have masks on either and always on their personal phones. Horrribleeee.
This A & W in the Metrotown food court charges PST, which is wrong. PST is exempt from restaurant food in BC. I reported this to the Metrotown Administration Office.
17 minutes from time I ordered two hash browns and a bacon and egger. After waiting in line for 10 minutes with only 4 people in front of me. Far from fast food. It was 11am and the food court was not busy. I’ve had two other experiences like this at this location and thought it was time to share.
One of the worst customer service I ever received . We were ordering 6 meal comb, while taking order she got confused with the order even I tried to clear the confusion, she said something and hand over to the other girl to take over in a way she didn't want to help and she started making the drink and realized later purposely she gave only root beer instead of other drinks. The other girl how took over was nice.
I ordered Onion rings and after paying and waiting I was then told they don't have any. What a waste of my time

The cashier was so rude and I don't know if he was being racist, but the way he yelled at me sounded very uncomfortable (sounded like he was harassing me) and didn't feel like I was being treated as a customer (all I did was order food). If you want to make sure that I got the right order, then at least ask nicely and don't give me that kind of angry attitude and yell at customers when it's your fault for not even remembering what I ordered. That's not my responsibility. That's your responsibility! The owner shouldn't hire these kind of people because it only detracts the business but I guess they did which is their negligence and therefore you've lost a customer forever since I will never go there again.

I ordered all canadian breakfast. The food was cold, especially the eggs, which were mostly raw. A hair was also found on my hashbrown. Returned food. The manager 'ASAKA' did not offer a replacement nor a refund.Manager was unhelpful, not understanding, but was rude and unprofessional. A very Terrible dining experience.
