Great for family with kids as they have sinks outside of the washroom - kid friendly height too!The only issue is their tray return area is small so if the staffs don't quickly clear the used cups and trays it looks very messy.Would be good if they have another high chair or booster seat. Only one high chair visible during our visits.
Ordered a double chicken buddy, was told it would be 3-4 minutes. Cool whatever that's totally fine. It was closer to 10 minutes, also fine , whatever fresh chicken? Great! A couple bites in I realize that they gave me one fresh chicken patty, and one had definitely been sitting in the heater for a while. Edges were hard color was darker, definitely served me an old patty with a new one. Pretty much ruined the fresh one pairing it with an old one. Why wouldn't you just make me a fresh sandwich if I'm waiting guys? Is this common practice? The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is cause the guys were nice and the place was clean.. but come on. Is it laziness or cheapness ? Probs won't go to this location again.
Had a bad experience here and never went back since then. Went here regularly but one night my wife and I went there at 11:30pm and everything was fine until I wanted to get a refill with a new frosted mug. The supervisor told us we were lucky to get a frosted mug the first time because they don't use them after a certain time. Left a bad feeling in us and we never returned.
Eat in, take out, or curbside.. this Home of the Burger Family is conveniently located amongst a handful of restaurants. Friendly service & the place kept tidy. Definitely a nice to bring your little me ones & watch them be amused with the kids sink ??Not to mention that they're open 24 hours.. for when you crave the Best Burger Ever at 2300 hours! ?
I 've been to many A&W restaurants here in the Lower Mainland, Vancouver Island and along the way up to the Prince George area. This location has to be the best run A&W restaurant in BC. Though not the biggest restaurant, it is always clean and there is a washing station outside of the washrooms that is handy. There is also outdoor seating for those sunny days. Staff is always friendly and checking on how's the food or offering a coffee refill.The food is nicely prepared and albeit even though it's the same A&W recipe, I find the food tastes better at this outlet. My favorites are the All Canadian Breakfast and the Uncle Burger Combo. It's always a nice pitstop for the Missus and I when we are biking in the area.
One of the best service fast food locations I've been too. Anyways respectful, courteous, pleasant and thoughtful. Have come here at least 10 times if not more and haven't once had a negative experience. Plus the food actually tastes better some how despite it coming from the same company maybe good service does make good food.
We are a regular customer to your clean store.This time however we were very disappointed with the 2 teen burgers ordered. The meat was cold/warm& the bacon not cooked. I told the clerk & she passedOn the information to another employee. She offered us a replacement but after our unsatisfied bites. I said no.thankyouCarol
I often go to this place to buy a burger and chicken strips. I order papa Burger, but they always give me a Mama burger. The staff may have eaten the meat. After a lifetime of eating aw, isn't it normal for five chicken strips to give two sauces? You recently bought 10 of them and gave them to two sauce clerks? I called the clerk, and the clerk swore so much that she hung up and never picked up, never went back, and my family never went back. I went to there March.22 at 1:30am, the staff was too rude！
I’ve been to this 24 hrs location couple times already after my night shift. Staff are all very friendly and attentive compare to other fast food restaurants. I’d like to give a shout out to one of the staff Bhart, she is amazing, work with a big smile, very patient to customer. Rarely see from any similar restaurants.
This is a fantastic A&W. The food is delicious and fresh. Top quality. Would rank high among their chains. Friendly staff and clean facility. One of my favorite breakfasts and coffee in the area
