The place was very nice from the inside and it was fairly clean. Food was good also. The employee that dealt with us was very polite and kind.Unfortunately the manager Jas is extremely rude to customers and her coworkers alike. The shouting and treatment of her other coworkers made for unpleasant environment to dine in. Customer service and simply being polite goes a long way.I’d recommend corporate deals with this appropriately and gives her the proper training that is needed. The restaurant would be better for it.
The staff at this location could be better at customer service. This morning(July 13) I went by drive through to grab breakfast, the asian lady with glasses at the payment window was quite rude, had no patience for the customer and worst of all gave me a broken lid for my coffee. Upon informing her of this, she went in and brought me another broken lid. Like what is she even trying to prove here?? I have attached the picture of it.Management needs to take a look at the staff at this location especially this above mentioned individual.
Ordered #6 and the fries were terrible, the ketchup dispenser was empty, let the guy at the counter know but it wasn't filled or packets given in return. Making customers happy is top priority.
I had a wonderful experience at this Wendys. The food was amazing. Gurleen was the sweetest and literally made my day :)
I'm glad they have breakfast foods finally but the service was exceptionally slow. I also bought a breakfast baconator which comes with a free coffee. I didn't realize and they didn't offer it. Very poor customer service.
I ordered 10pc chicken nuggets online for $6.19 but when I went to pick up the cashier told me their nuggets were sold out so I wanted to cancel the order and get my money back. But the cashier said they can only refund me $5 and I wonder what the rule is.
Just ordered a Dave's double meal through the drive thru ? they've poisoned me. My burger it's been layered in sooo much salt now my stomach hurts . And I dont have time to go inside to explain this is extremely u healthy and unsafe to dump that much salt on anything

Way to much sauce on the burger. Person taking my order was not helpful or looked like they wanted to help pop machine is confusing.
