Overcharged, not the right order and they ripped us off $19 after trying to explain math to them.
It's Wendy's so you know exactly what you're getting and expect it to taste and look identical to every other Wendy's in at least Canada. That being said however this location needs to cook their fries longer because they're not quite finished.
Food was well done. Hot and well presented. Staff are friendly and the building is modern and bright. But the cleanliness. Wow. Most tables were dirty. The napkin/ketchup station had a drink spilled all over it and the floor and a total mess. It was still like that 30mins after I was there. Funny it's within 10 feet of the front counter too and staff weren't super busy.
It was the Langley location tried their new breakfast first no coffee if your trying to break jnto the breakfast market you really shouldn't run out of coffee had bacon and biscuit bacon good biscuit dry and crumbly not tok impressed.
Awesome staff food is usually always on point. Best Wendy's I know so far.
Seems like the car traffic was more important than the in house guests. Fries and burger were tepid only and not put together very well. :(
Not a great Wendy’s. not sure the staff know what they’re doing most of the time.
Haven't had a hamburger here for 10 years because the last one was cold.... thought I would try again....no luck.....I'll try again in 10 years.
Tried the new breakfast items today, which were great and it's nice to have a new selection in the mornings.I urge people visiting during breakfast time to be patient as the new systems being implemented are going to take some time to figure out.This location in general has always been a favorite of mine and everything has been fresh and accurate.
Just had a spicy chicken burger which has been a favourite but the last several burgers taste like it’s sat on the shelf for a while and very little sauce like they’re trying to save some money
