To be honest. !!!! they should have to change their receptionist. She is so rude .she didn't know how to deal with customers. I went twice .first time i am with my friend she also feel the same .She mess the cake with her rubbish handwriting but that time I need the cake right away so I don't have any option so I just take that but she spoiled my mood .And even the cake is not fresh .I can make and decorate better then that cake I only reason I wanna buy because of some special day but she mess my day it's a birthday cake even my kids didn't like to post pictures of cake on whatsap. Then I decorate it with some flowers so atlest it looks presentable. If you see online there is not a single cake looks same as in pictures.
The first cake was expected but have a look at what I got. They said they can create a ditto cake but is it near to expectation anyway? I could have done that myself but don't know why I wasted money. Everyone hated the cake.
A long time ago this was a reasonable kind of a bakery not great but not bad ; today pickup a slice of cake and 4 of my Favourite treats . Unfortunately the cake was dry and the treats a complete dissapointment . Seems they spent to much on redecorating the place and left out the Quality of the Product behind from long before . A shame as it was once edible not any more dam shame really . Also the rating of 1 out of 5 is thier doing as mine would be a Minus out of 5 and 1 was the lowest I could input :(
Ordered a cake and pink laddoos for my daughter’s first birthday and they made it exactly as told. Very moist and good flavours and within my budget. They paid attention to all the details. Very humble staff. Good customer service. Looking forward to order more cakes
The BEST vegetarian samosas and VEGAN options for their fresh pizza and cakes! The owner reached out to me during a samosa pick up, to let me know they had vegan pizza options. I ordered one then and there and was extremely impressed. Amazing flavour and they melt the “cheese” perfectly, which has yet to be done at panago and others main chains. Highly recommend

We ordered a cake and asked them to decorate it with real flowers. They did not put on real flowers even after saying they would. We asked for a custard and cream filling, NOT fruit. The cake had fruit filling not custard or cream. Very disappointed. The products are good but they did not care to follow instructions.
I didn't wanted to post this but unfortunately today was the 3rd time I trusted this Bakery and they did not prepare my cake. I want to ask the owner why do people place their order in advance? People have special occasions even that occasion could be the first one in their life so one wants to make it memorable.When I went to collect my cake today that was ordered days before but then also it was not prepared. The answer that I got from the owner was that girl forgot to prepare the cake. Please answer!! IS THIS THE LEVEL OF RESPONSIBILITY YOUR EMPLOYEES SHOW??NO DOUBT products of this bakery are really good and its difficult for other bakeries to match them. I have been a customer from last 5 years but sorry to say that I am highly disappointed.Please don't spoil special occasions of people just simply say that you can't meet their deadlines for the order. Don't take orders that you can't fulfill that's a humble request ??
Amaazing food! The whole experience from start to finish is great owner is always so friendly and kind. The food can’t get better and the prices are fair for the portion size. Always a great spot to get great food.
The worst cake maker in Abbotsford. Never order from them. They will give you old cake- dry with unprofessional style of baking. And the management is rude and never even think about a refund for their mistake. I placed order for a spiderman cake and provided a picture and received a immaturely baked cake with no details. The worker apologized for the mistake but later the management rudely denied their mistake..I told them that the cake was picked up by someone and opened last night to see the worst cake. I couldn’t call them at 12am and called back in the morning. Lastly you will see a feedback from them with no regret on their mistake. Keep up bro..
