I love the triple O's the food is always good however lately they have been very slow. Not sure if it's because only 1 person is working but today I had to wait 20 minutes before even ordering because there were 2 cars in front of me. It wouldve been faster for me to go inside and place my order.
Not sure why their milkshakes now taste like McDonald's and they are runny. They are no longer using real dairy ice cream anymore and it's obvious. Fries are no longer the nice hand cut Kennebec style they use to serve... now they've downgraded to frozen flash fry garbage comparable to Wendy's.. Hand cut fries and triple O sauce is what White spot and Triple O franchise was known for for decades... Very sad that this B.C. gem restaurant has cut corners on quality making them just as sub par as their competitors. Will not return or spend another dime, quality is no longer here definitely not worth the 15 minute wait ?☹️
Had an issue with a malfunctioning coffee cup that spilt in my car and the matter was quickly resolved, they also have the best hashbrowns out of any Triple O's restaurant I've ever been to. They are the only location that puts the proper amount of salt and pepper on them.
I am regular customer here because of the food quality and customer service. The staff here is so polite and friendly. I always have an awesome experience here.
We showed up at 9:40pm knowing they close at 10pm and as I’m writing this after leaving with our food, it’s still not even 10 yet. We were made to feel bad about ordering 3 burger combos and chicken strips 20 minutes before closing. They didn’t have milkshakes and we were fine with that, but we were told if we want to make such a big order then we need to come earlier. From my own experience in retail, if someone shows up 2 minutes before closing time (no matter how frustrating that may be) you are expected to serve them as if they were your first customer of the day. If the hours are set… then why are we made to feel guilty about ordering food at a fast food joint… DURING OPERATING HOURS??? I don’t normally complain or make a big deal of things but this just pushed my buttons the wrong way.
The service was excellent!! The guy was so friendly. The three stars are for the milkshake. The recipe might have changed? It was so thin, not like the old fashion milkshakes they used to make. It was extra frothy too, I felt like I was drinking air. Disappointed.
Drive on past this one, they had no coffee, no heat and the food was not usually TO’s quality. Don’t think HQ cares about this one.
We ordered two milkshakes as a treat. We waited 20 minutes with only two cars ahead of us. Got to the window and watched the guy making the milkshakes moving slow as molasses. He handed them to me with no whipped cream on top so I asked if we could please have the whipped cream. He replied saying they were out of whipped cream, so I said that we would rather not have the milkshakes then without it. Then he said actually they do have whipped cream but I would have to wait ten minutes for him to make it and proceeded to tell me how complicated it is to make the whipping cream in the container. I finally got frustrated and decided to take our 15 dollar milkshakes with no whipped cream on top. Then took a sip and it was like drinking chocolate syrup, runny and SO sweet. So I parked and took mine in and asked for a refund and the girl I spoke to argued continually with me that the whipping cream doesn’t cost any extra so I couldn’t be upset about that and that they had served a lot of milkshakes today and they use a recipe. I just wanted my money back but she refused because I ordered the milkshakes. Yes, I ordered the two milkshakes, but if you don’t have the ingredients (or are too lazy to make them), then please don’t charge me 15 dollars for them. The arguing was just absolutely silly.
Had the spicy chicken sandwich, this location made it the best I've ever had it! And such hot fresh fries (although slightly undercooked.) The shake was a little runny but taste was good still.
Slowest drive thru ever, it wasn't even busy inside and my girlfriend sat at the window waiting for over 25 mins!! They need to clean house and fire every incompetent in there. You should be ashamed Triple O's
