Absolutely zero customer service skills in this Tim Hortons. I was literally the only customer, and one staff standing at one till completely ignored me until another staff came to the second till to take my order. Just tell people you aren’t open and someone will be right with you! That’s not even it…. They got my simple order wrong, and then left me standing there and didn’t even bother to give me my food. This place needs to give their staff a lesson in customer service ASAP.
Workers decided they don't serve any food an hour before closing.I get it if you're out of stock for an item but just not wanting to clean up?
I ordered grilled cheese panini..but the bread had fungus n it .Had to throw up when i took first bite ..i was driving n highway else i could go back up there and showed them so they could actually believe in me ..
Got my order wrong the last 3 times I visited. Food is garbage.
The food was horrible and the service took awhile, the food took 10 to 15 minutes with nobody else in store of the drive through waiting

Worst customer service ever .They can't even get a single order right .Staffs are super rude in the drive thru and they say shut up to customers when they screw your order instead of saying sorry
6:39 and all their food is down. Not sure when they stop serving food if they close at 9 like it says.The image for this Tim's is also for the one across the street, who also stops serving food hours before they close.
Need to get orders proper. Speed doesn't help.
May as well change their open time to 8PM. They stop serving food at 8PM, if not earlier.Save yourself the annoyance of this Tim Hortons and drive down the road to one of the other two.Absolute disgrace to the brand.
