Around 11am today, the debit machine was down. They were accepting cash only. The girl at the drive through gave me back my change, less $2. When she passed me my change, she dipped off really quickly, and did not come back to the window. I was in a rush so I just left. But I think management should know that one of their staff is stealing from their customers. It was the girl working the window around 11am on Jul 8, 2022.

Worst experience ever. I placed order for 3 coffees, all of my coffee were wrong. On top of that one coffee cup was bent or something so its lid was not properly placed and spilled coffee in my car. WhenI went back to talk to manager, she didn’t even listen to what happened and instead of giving me refund charged me again. I think girls working don’t understand english and mess orders every time. Definitely crew needs proper training process and a manager in place. I would question restaurant manager if he/ she can’t handle restaurant why is he/she even on that position.

Had to give 1star even though this place doesn't deserve it. I strongly suggest to avoid this location. My breakfast sandwich fell apart as soon as I picked it out of the bag. My order wasn't complete even though the lady confirmed it 3 times. If these ladies can't do their job right which is only serving drive through then they don't deserve my business. The lazy owner deserves lazy bums as workers. Congrats on so many bad reviews. Keep it up.

I walked to this location with my wife and kids at 6:00pm and found the doors locked. Looked inside to see garbage all over the floor in the "employees only" area. Right away I knew something was off about this location.One worker answered our knocks on the door and waved us over to the empty drive-thru. Ok, I figured, maybe they were just not well-staffed. We walked to the drive-thru, and once again, tons of trash on the ground. Totally dirty area.I ordered a coffee and a glazed donut. The worker quickly shut the window after giving us the food. The coffee was fine, but the donut was filthy with what looked like dirt from the floor. Unfortunately, I didn't take a picture, because we were focussed on getting the worker to come to the window again, to no avail.Seeing all the low ratings, it's a shock that Tim Hortons as a company still hasn't stepped in to put this franchise into shape. I won't be returning to this location again.

This location is really set up for drive thru. I went in to get do-nuts and there were three staff. One cleaning dishes in the back, another making food and the third manning the till as well as making drinks. I couldn't place my order until the drive thru was dealt with. The girl was polite but things need to change.The owner needs to step up and hire more staff. I don't blame the frontline, I blame the management.

This is outrageous, so frustrated, Mr regular coffee,triple triple, why do you guys not pay attention, it’s 8th time you guys do pathetic service,3 times I went back in 1+ month to change my freaking morning coffee.It’s not triple triple again, open up your eyes and ears,I can’t come all times and start my morning with bs. Whom should I complain.Never coming back to this pathetic place.

The chicken noodle soup veggie taste stale and hard. Broth is so blended and diluted. Their coffee and soup is never hot. Bad costumer service - They always say "Next" after giving you food even when no one is behind you (many occasions). I always feel rushed. One time I forgot my cream cheese bagel because of that. I went to work starving the whole morning. They also forget to put cheese or meat into your sandwich. Like how can you forget those 2 main ingredient. Overall bad experience. I try to dodge this place everytime I'm near it. Also never coming back.

Zero manners when it comes to talk or to deal the customer. We went there 4:30pm order some drinks. My friend was trying to place an order from passenger seat, girl who was taking order couldn’t really hear her, so my friend decided to speak up loudly. In return the girl working there stated that my friend is being rude, to quote her, “ why are you rude”, which left us speechless because we just trying to place our order so that she can hear her. Well that being said we didn’t even got our order right. Worst service ever. She really needs to work on customer service skills.

This place was horrible!!! Asked for a bagel with cream cheese. It was not cut in half with lettuce inside gross! Asked for a medium dark roast coffee. Was given a steeped tea. Was already late for work so wasn't able to go in store and give them a piece of mind. They just try to rush you through with no proper service or correct items.

Obviously horribleManagement at this location. I go here before work in the mornings and they take forever to greet you or take your order . Up to five mins to order a coffee with Noboty else in line every single day
