We came at around 8pm into the store and ordered coffee and donuts. The woman was very friendly and polite, and even made us a fresh brew of coffee.
Called to ask if they had wifi for customers and the lady said she was new so didn't know. I asked if I could speak to someone else and she said she doesn't know.
Still no resolution to my issue. Almost a month has gone by. Head office is not doing anything. Seems each individual store governs itself. Never go there again
Drive thru staff have no customer service skills, actually they don't speak to you at all at the window. They also messed up our order. Don't ask for a bag for your food or napkins. Will never go back to this location
I'm an ex drinker.I never really quit, I just switched brands, from beer, to Timmy's!This place gets my orders right EVERY TIME! Convenient location too!
they ruined my order 2 times since new staff and no management was behind it... I put fuel and went to order some veggie egg bagel BLT, after 12 minutes i got wrong item and went back to get what I wanted... no cars drive thru and i walked inside. Lack of training right people... not going here again!!!
By using corona as an excuse, no garbage bins placed and they are ok with the littering.
Poor Management.Second time they gave me wrong order. I asked for English Muffin/Egg/Cheese but they gave me just a plain bagel. Not worth going there, this is the sign of poor management and lack of training. All Tim Hortons are poorly run now.
I went to this location on 3 of February, 2022 on 8:35 am around. There was no car in drive through and I still waited for like 2 3 minutes at the speaker and then they took my order and repeated it like three times. Fine, I can tolerate all this after a long night at work. When I went to window to pay for no one told me what my total was and three girls were starting at me while doing gossiping at window. That’s also fine for me as it was tolerable behavior as being cashier as window that they might not be taught to greet customer moreover I guess they even not teach their staff how to present your body language not even to apologize for anyhting. Ok here you go, when she handed me three drinks and I said sorry I ordered only one she said no you ordered three and now don’t want them and you want refund. I was like mam for sure I am only one person what would I do with three drinks. She reacted hilariously with her cheap body language throwing her hands away like ok ok Anyway your payment declined. I was checking my phone amd then they started saying everything in punjabi which meant she’s so dumb that she confirmed three drinks and now she wants one. They were acting like omg what kind of face do we see in the morning. It was so humiliating. As a front line worker if we people would start to act like that things in hospital will be different. We love our patients we care about them. So what we want to be at least served nicely not with arrogance. Thank you a lot and I might not prefer to go to this location any more. And also not let my know one’s go to them.
I ordered 2 boxes of coffee which is 24 cups, at around 8 O'clock in the morning to be picked up at 1:45 pm. When I went to pick up my order, it wasn't ready very poor service and management.Y
