I believe when you get good service the staff should be complimented. I frequent your Tims every day and have since it opened and I have always had great service...along with a smile. Kudos to all staff and thank you.
Well as we all know I moved from Manitoba to the West coast. Now live in Abbotsford, BC. This is my new Timmy's of choice. It's my new home. My new stomping ground come by for a coffee. I'm always there
There was a time when I couldn't drive past a Tom Hortons without stopping. Now I avoid like the plague. Lately the food and coffee have taken a nose dive in quality. Last time my wife and I ordered a Habanero sandwich and it was soggy minced chicken that tasted more like tuna. Felt sick for hours. Nope, never again.
This is one of my Favorite Tim Hortons in Abby. It's a bit out of the way for my morning drive, but it's far better than any of the other Tim Hortons locally. Always friendly staff and quick service.Avoid the Tim Hortons by West Oaks Mall- They're horrible/Rude/Pushy.
best tim hortons in abbotsford. they’ve got the best coffee and the best tasting food here. the location is great and the staff are extremely sweet and polite both in store and in the drive-thru. i get the iced coffee, strawberry watermelon quencher, chicken crispy craveable and the turkey melt all the time. they’re the best in town.
It’s a general Tim Horton experience. But the problem with this franchise was that the staff was so loud that they made it impossible for anyone to concentrate or communicate with one another. I wish the owners tell them that people come to coffee shops to hang out and talk to their friends or even sometimes to get some work done. The staff at this location was loud and uncouth totally oblivious of the disturbance they were creating for the customers.
Just wrapping and giving cold cravables and they call it grilled. Meat , bread & cheese was raw and felt uncooked. Food served should not only fill the stomach but mind also. French vanilla was good.
Mornings service is great, not sure if they stack morning and no have people for lunch hours but expect to wait 20minutes in a drive through. It's been 8 minutes and not a car has moved... Maybe add a lane where people can leave since this is ridiculous.EDIT: they put the wrong sauce on my turkey bacon club, no longer 2 stars... jeez
I have a lot of patience for new staff training as the sign outside asked and I didn't mind getting the wrong item 3 times and a drink missing from the order after ten minutes of waiting, but when we flagged these issues we were sighed at, told "uggggh I'll just make it again" and repeatedly told we got our missing drink already, I have no sympathy. Worst Tim's I've been too.
I used the drive-thru and could understand them really easily, unlike the ones I go to where I live in South surrey b.c. i ordered a white hot chocolate mocha that was made correctly(another thing my tim's seems to struggle with) and i also ordered a dooughnut n muffins and a hot chocolate for my sister and a drink for my mother. All was made perfectly and fast. Overall, it was the way I wish every time would be, also the people there are really nice which made it extra nice at the end of a long day when i just wanted to get home. Thank you so much for the good experience!
