They always have shortage in inventory nothing offers in menu. Don't waste your time here
Fly not 1 but 3 in the donut display landing on every donut... Told staff and looked at me like...so.
Love Tim's , just not this location . They have 3 ice capp machines none of which ever work . Their drive through is always 20 cars deep and the worst design ever with people cutting you off . It's also a magnet for the homeless sometimes being asked for money by 3 different people in a single visit
So, I often visit this location as it is near to my workplace but the staff oh my god! They show very wired attitude. I never felt welcomed here, few weeks back I ordered an ice cap and the girl working there handled me a regular ice cap though I have ordered mocha ice cap, I just want to tell her that I ordered this and that employee just grab the cup and put some chocolate syrup on it, tastes very bad like seriously very bad. Even today when I visited there, it was the same employee and with same attitude, she didn’t even replied to my thank you and she just place the cup and straw on the board, no customer service. They seem very busy in their own gossips.
This is not the first time that I order something new and try to pick it up in store, and Tim's stuff told me that they don't have it in store, BUT app already ordered and paid.
I've tried and tried to be patient with this location as it's right by my house but I give up. Continually told "out of tim bits", "out of 12 grain bagels", out of out of out of....This morning I figured I'd beat the odds and order just an XL dark roast. 2 milk, 2 sugar. Specified milk, I don't like cream. I got a large handed to me. I said I'm sorry it's supposed to be XL and was told "oh I only charged you for a large".... whatever, I take it shaking my head. Get on the highway and it's not even dark roast. Just a regular coffee with cream and no sugar. Tim hortons has gone so far downhill over the years.I'll also say this location for the most part has the most unfriendly staff I have ever dealt with except for the location on bluebird Street.
I never drank this bad double-double coffee in my entire life. Garbage!
There are no breakfast options except bagel. Considering the fact it is very close to the highway its pretty limited to minute menu!!
Thanks to the amazing employees at this tim Hortons they always make an effort to say hi to my kiddo in the backseat and ask her name etc today you made her day by just a short conversation and ended up giving her a donut!!!
The girls work really hard here and I feel bad for drive thru the owner needs to install something so the girls don’t get wet from drive thru window.
