Horrible service!! the ladies who serve always make me feel rushed. I will go out of my way to go.to another timmies on my way to work because this had to be the worst Tim's I have ever been to.
Normally this establishment has been very good. I go through the drive thru, order, get my order and it’s wrong. So I harmlessly go through again, advise them my bagel is incorrect and I basically get told I’m a liar. They bring me to the window, want proof of my incorrect made bagel, they then take it and t throw some cream cheese on top of the butter and hand me back a cold, cream cheese and buttered bagel. Instead of making a new, correct bagel for me.People make mistakes, that’s all fine. But how you carry yourself in correcting the mistake is what makes a world of difference to me. Very unimpressed by the customer service.
Almost every time i go to this tims it just gets worse. From a dead fly in my coffee, hair in my food, cold food, large coffee not filled up right, and thats just the top of the lost. You got a tims deal, hey awesome, they punch in your order and try to tell you that deal is void even though you have it activated. The place is a joke. Run by clowns... 0/10 would not reccomend this dumpster fire. The one guy who actually maintained and cleaned the place proper they fired... they need to shape up this location asap, as its just becoming a heck of a foolacoaster.
I love Tim Hortons , but not this location, super unorganized. They make u wait up to 10 minutes for your drink and it’s not even made properly. When I went in their to get someone’s attention I had to raise my voice. On top of it I was overcharged and I got a completely different drink then I ordered. This location needs to seriously close down or get a new DM. But again I love Tim Hortons , but NOT this location.I ordered a mocha , can anyone explain what this is and why I was charged double ?
If I could give you a minus 10 I would. I use to go to Tim Hortons all the time but not anymore. Not for the past few years. The wait is way too long and while you're waiting the people that work the front counter don't acknowledge you. Once you actually get served, they look at you like you have 2 heads because they don't understand what you're asking and when you finally think they understand what you order, they get it wrong. Whenever I get a gift card for Tim hortons, I give it away and even then it's hard to give away because nobody can stand the service.
Hands down the worst Tim Hortons in town.Orders are *always* very rushed for timing and are rarely well put-together or even correct. The team is too focused on getting people out the door to provide quality service or food.Try to avoid this one if you are looking for a good experience (and don't think for a second they will actually double-toast your bagel)
As usual the Tim Hortons on clearbrook at hwy 1 was slow and out of products. I have never had a very good experience at this location. I get it's a busy spot but 10 years of bad service. Sorry guys for this review but I must be honest ?
I don’t normally write reviews but for this Tim Hortons I had to. I ordered a bagel and a farmers wrap with extra sauce; once i opened up the food the bagel was covered in chipotle sauce and the farmers wrap had basically NO sauce! When I drove back they only replaced the bagel. I was then stuck with a wrap that had like no sauce but instead had a stale hash brown inside, thanks Tim Hortons.Decided to go back after this experience, bad idea. They yelled next to our car, while forgetting to give me half my order. Not only were the employees impolite, they simply did not do their job.
Worst Experience ever,staff always showing attitude and always messy with the orders. Never have anything I want.Only caring about their drive through time and not their customers. Don't even know to make drinks. Management teams need to give the staff training again and the proper way. Need to start worrying about their customer instead of drive-through time.Need to learn how to listen and talk to their customers.
Poor management ,poor readiness, refused paying by point or rollup prize. Never seen any Tims with no croissants after 6:30 morning, in overall “Canada” except this express branch(they never prepare croissants in the morning!) Refused any free coffee with enough point to pay or never used roll up prize after activate, within effective date. Or they scanned my “all” rollup prize at once and refused for next time. Whatever it is their mistake and no excuse at all! I could not use actual reward card because Tim app has had an error and cannot open the app for couple of days! How rude is the new management without responsibility?
