The slowest Tim Hortons in the area. Order is always missing something. I suggest you check your order before leaving. Customer service is garbage. It's like they just hire people just to be there not people who cares about their job
Super slow service waited 20 minutes at the cash register and nobody attempted to take my order plus the building had like no people inside. Ended up walking out
I declare Shennanigans on the Tim Hortons on Fraser Highway. Shennanigans. Yesterday, three staff members looked me in the eye get made no other attempt to acknowledge me, nor take my order for several minutes more, while I stood there patiently wondering which one of the employees could possibly have been the manager, whether or not it would be faster if I went outside, got in my car and ordered. in the drive-thru, and if it was a wild blueberry muffin or a fruit explosion muffin wind of day. Finally, a fourth staff member took my order uneventfully.Today, I decided to test my luck in the drive through. The order board showed $18.xx (i forget the pennies. 37 maybe?) At the window, my total was now $20.06. I asked twice and both times a mumbled $20.06 was the reply. I tap the card, and almost drop the apple fritter, poorly balanced in an open bag between two coffee cups in a cardboard tray. You wouldn't believe my surprise when, after aring home, I discover not only was I charged nearly $2.00 more then the sign said, but one of my toasted everything bagels with herb and garlic cream cheese was less toasted than Cheech or Chong on just one toke, and the other Toasted Everything Bagel with herb and garlic cream cheese was nowhere to be found. It wasn't in the bag, or on the seat of my car, or even under the seat of my car. I even checked next to the seat and the Great Bagel Hunt of 2022 ended a failure. For the reasons of stealing time, stealing money, and stealing food, I declare Shennanigans on the Tim Hortons on Fraser Highway.Shennanigans! What do you say to this declaration of Shennanigans, Tim Hortons on Fraser Highway? Do you deny these claims or do you admit your shennanigans and propose to make amends? What do you say, Tim Hortons on Fraser Highway?
Always good to go for a coffee if you are doing drive thru check your order before you drive off
Just ordered my usual ridiculously complicated breakfast sandwich, hash brown and stepped tea lol, these guys nailed it!! Wtg you guys!! Quick, accurate and they even added a knapkin!! Thank you for making the start of my day awesome!!
When I arrived at this Tim Hortons around 3 in the afternoon, there was one person in front of me placing order at counter and another person who'd already paid and was waiting for their food. This location has a drive through that was pretty steady with traffic. They did seem understaffed. Not sure if staff out sick or the scheduler sucks but there were only 3 people working - the inside cashier, the cashier handling the drive through, and a woman preparing the sandwiches and bagels. The three ladies were more interested in chatting than dealing with customers. I ordered a veggie sandwich which I've done for years at other Tim Hortons but this simple order confused the cashier and involved much discussion between her and the sandwich maker. The woman handling the sandwiches kept telling "yes, I can make a garden veggie sandwich" but the cashier really doubted her ability to do so. I also ordered a 10 pack of assorted Tim Bits. The sandwich maker had other orders from the drive through and previous walk in customers ahead of me and it took awhile to get my sandwich. During the time I waited the cashier was in a battle with two ladies behind me and kept telling them we can't make the sandwich you want. Even though the lady handling the sandwich station kept disagreeing with the cashier and saying "I've got it". Finally got my sandwich and left. It was OK, but I've had much better veggie sandwiches at other Tim Hortons locations. Between the cashier who really hated taking sandwich orders and the long wait for a not so great sandwich, I really wished I'd gone to Subway instead! I won't be back to this Tim Hortons location.
Every time I come to this location I’m told the latte machine is either broken or down. Then I’m told it wi When I go the next few days I’m told the same thing. Employees at this location are clearly lazy and do not want to spend the extra time to make your drinks. I am very disappointed with the customer service especially because employees argue back and say “it’s not my fault”. This is the only closet location to me before I head out to work and I am so sad that I am not able to enjoy my favorite every morning.
Just spent almost 30 minutes in the drive thru, we ordered a large London fog and a medium regular coffee. The London fog isn't even full. This is completely unacceptable and not the first time it's taken this long to get a drink order.
Not sure if people were being trained or just unable to focus, took them over 5 min to even start toasting a single bagel ( the food station attendant was unable to multi-task which would be talk and make food ) . Either way not acceptable. It's actually more pathetic than upsetting that I can order and receive good faster from a actual restaurant than a Tim Hortons
No Service is more like it
