Good gas prices. Subpar coffee.
We stood, patiently waiting, for a long time before being served. I'd estimate 5 minutes. Staff was friendly and helpful otherwise. Food and coffees were good. The restaurant looks newly renovated and is open and airy - quite nice. Bathroom were a bit grungy and i was informed that the women's washroom had no tp. I mentioned this to staff - not sure when it was resolved.
I've been here a few times, also a couple others in chilliwack and I've got to say, this one at Watcom exit is 10X better for efficiency! Thank-you for keeping the drive-thru moving smoothly you guys??
I got the Tim Biebs French vanilla cold brew and it was sour and gross. Literally the most inconsistent Tim’s in abby.
The staff is so inconsistent,one day the order is perfectBut last few times they can't make a coffee correctly to save there lives.I will drive to sumas from now on.If you don't know the difference between one cream and two sugar it's time to do something else for a living
Sooooooooooooo slow. Will go through drive through to get my order and then come in to sit. Tables left unclean for a very long time. Drive though looked well tended but inside is basically ignored
My mom went there and ordered 10 powdered Timbits. They gave her a box of 5 powdered donuts and 1 donut that looks like a honey crueller with chocolate and when she said that that wasn’t what she ordered they said that they couldn’t put them back (that’s their problem). Tim Hortons has gone downhill so much over the years and so has their customer service
I ordered a steep tea Double double near about 8.40 pm and when I drink there was no sugar in it that time i was on higway so no time to come back. so be careful about it and take more time for preparing orders
Has recently been remodeled--- very nice.Food good& service even better.One of few Tim Hortons with clean men's washroom.
super slow..the girl crew is picky of customers. i’ve been standing for a long time and no one assisted me..when it’s my turn , that girl wearing eyeglasses assisted the ine behind me “right away” ..before that, i went to the washroom first and I heard someone says, just going to the washroom..like i’m not a valid customer..just going to the washroom ?
