The manager at this store said she would compensate me for my issues then didnt follow through. I am trying to get this manager fired . Help me out. File every complaint till this stoe gets competent management
i come here everyday as i work at a store nearby, I ordered a side of potato wedges with 2 dipping sauces. Harmanpreet or Ramanpreet charged me extra for both. After paying I asked her if the one is not included with the order itself she plainly lied and said no. I have worked at tim Hortons myself and have been ordering at tims for a long time. I asked for a supervisor, I was told she is not gonna come to see me. JUST POOR SERVICE. I hope the owners take notice!
Not often I get coffee that isnt burnt, these guys have been pretty good at not having burnt coffee!

Ordered an ice cap with almond milk, they put regular milk in it instead - believe me I know when I’ve had dairy vs almond milk. Sickest I’ve felt in over a year.
Slower than usual service due to staffing. Be prepared to wait for service and food.

Just OK. Typical Tim's, can't understand the staff. If give back the condiments I asked for can I have a free coffee. Wasteful!!
