Booths had no fabric left on the seats. Menu items not available. Nachos were bare… where’s the cheese?
I have come to the brewhouse three times now and they have messed up my order when everyone else got there food. Then I had to wait another half an hour to get my food! I will never come back. This is the worst service I have ever had and more then once!! Will not come back.
First of all I have no complaints about the service or atmosphere but the food gets a fail . Ordered a 18 dollar plate of wings and was disappointed in the very small size of over cooked wings , I wish I took a picture because when I say small I mean small 1/2 at the most . Ordered the nachos and what I can tell is they dumped the crumbs from a bag and then put whole ones on top to hide them . We had been there a few weeks ago it was great but not this time . Can’t recommend this place
We made a reservation for Easter, we didn’t really need to. That was the only good thing about The Canadian Brewhouse. We hadn’t been here in a long time and we will not be back. We ordered and got our drinks. We ordered chicken nachos appetizer and it maybe had a dozen extra small pieces of chicken, we had to ask for plates. We ordered our main and after being served we also had to ask for cutlery and got 2 sets for 3 of us. We are not very happy that when we paid for our meal by credit card the 10% gratuity is no longer an option the 3 choices are 15%, 20% & 25%. The food was not good and it wasn’t busy at all. I will be lettIng my friends know that the food and service is bad and to find another restaurant that appreciates their customers. 1 star is giving this place to much credit.
Nachos are huge! Most of the food is good. Don't bother with the Taters Supreme...had hardly any toppings...I could have made it better at home. The roof top deck is nice when the weather cooperates. It's fun to watch hockey or football here.
Food was good, didn't take long, tvs not too loud. Our server was good and fun. Only thing is when we sat down the server we saw on the floor walked by us numerous times with no acknowledgement, such as, "another server will be with you, or, will be with you in a couple of minutes" (as we had no idea we would get another server for our table, and it took a bit before we were served). Minor detail, but important. Will be back
While in Abbotsford for work was happy to find out there was a Brewhouse nearby! The staff and food were on point. Even on a couple days it was clear they were down some people but the team still killed it. Overall great Brewhouse location. ?
I’m not sure what happened to this establishment the last few years. It’s definitely gone downhill. I won’t be back after our last experience, we had 3 different waitresses coming to the table to ask us the same questions, leading to us feeling extremely rushed. Over service does exist. It was a super quiet night, so I’m not sure why this was necessary. No one was waiting for our table. The food is okay...Overall I think 2 stars is being generous.
Ordered a coffee and it came to the table looking like weak tea. We sent it back and we’re told we wouldn’t be charged for it, but were anyways.Two families came in unmasked in the 40 minutes spent here. The manager was the one to greet them and said nothing about mask requirements. They were just able to walk freely around. Do better!
If you're looking for a nice atmosphere, big TV screens to watch sports, don't look further. On top you will get great service and good food. The menu offers a lot of choice and the fajitas are just delicious.
