It was lunch time and we were still in the mall so we went over to the Food Court at Sevenoaks Shopping Centre. This chain is usually quite efficient, but they had a lot of signage for a new kind of bread that they had run out of. That doesn't make them look good. We got a six inch meatball sub and a Chipotle Chicken sidekick. They were assembled quickly and correctly and within minutes we were off to find a table. The staff was very friendly, and masked up for protection. I'll be back.
The people that work at this Subway are the reason that this location is Fantastic. The staff are friendly, quick, and helpful. The food is fresh, the location is clean, and the prices are good. I eat here several times a week, and the staff are always pleasant to chat with, and they go out of their way to make my lunch delicious. Thank you!

This subway in the mall is much more consistent than say, the downtown location! I really enjoy that you can see the fresh vegetables that haven't been chopped yet instead of somewhere in the back in a plastic bag, probably. Anyways that's one plus, but also the food is always fresh and the topping that need to be hot are hot. The meatless meatballs were hot! What a miracle!
Have some basic customer service skills. It was 45 minutes to closing , the female worker had attitude amount making my sub. I’ll take my money else where...
