This is by far the worst subway restaurant I've ever frequented. The staff were extremely impolite, they were very slow and literally put no toppings on my sandwich. I was really disappointed with the service and food quality at this restaurant.
A woman made my sandwich and I get home take a bite then I pull out a LONG strand of black hair out of my mouth mixed in with my sandwich. My hair isn’t even close to this colour, it’s not mine. I’m literally so disgusted and grossed out I feel like vomiting . I called subway and an east Indian lady answered and argued with me that it couldn’t possibly be her hair... like excuse me miss... your hair is long and black... mine is NOT and nobody handled my sandwich between now and home except for you. She didn’t apologize , she didn’t offer a refund NOTHING... like are you kidding me? Thank you subway woman for your long black hair in my food , and thank you for basically throwing my money in the trash considering that’s what I did with my sub after I had a random subway workers hair in it. I’ll never go back the hair was disgusting but the horrible customer service is what did it for me.
DONT EAT HERE!!!!Sevrted me cold meatballs last week. (Tuesday) called 4 times last week left 3 voicemails. Talked to someone on Friday said a manger will call me I can't have a refund until then, no one called me back, called again today, spoke to a very rude employee her name was Harpreet, she said I was a liar and that it was impossible for the meat balls to be cold, and I didn't work here so I didn't know etc etc. Still no refund and still waiting for a manger to respond, will be taking it to corporate as well. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Awesome staff just had my tooth removed can only eat soup ATM it was late they where out but the guys said can u wait 10 min I said yes sir and they made me soup and mac and cheese... Thank you guys so much
