May 31st, around 10:14am... if you were working at this location at this time I have a question for you: did they hire only the happiest people in Abby? Literally everyone asked how my day was an genuinely seemed interested in the answer. I hope they all get amazing things in life cause they were just so kind. And I absolutely hate talking to people when I'm just purchasing something lolJULY 19/22 UPDATE: I came in again on this day and a wonderful human named Jessie made my day. She is so kind and caring...and honestly everyone there is. This place deserves some type of award for cheering people up

Great place. Lots of people working there so you get served quickly and efficiently. Sometimes long line at the drive through but because it's so staffed it moves quickly.
This location is by far my favorite. I go to this location sometimes a few times a day and they always show such kindness to me. Appreciate this staff and management. Hands down the best.
Their customer service is great. The girl who gave me my Latte was so tired, though she was so kind to me. I asked her name. Hers was Maddie. Thanks, Maddie?
I drove through after work this afternoon and asked the girl taking my order to surprise me. Rebecca handed me a wonderful iced white mocha with a caramel drizzle. How did you know I liked caramel so much?? Thanks for the drink ;)
Barista with red hair - Ordered a Double Smoked Bacon, package was wrong the girl noticed that before handing it to me, but still proceeded to give it to me knowing it’s wrong. I received some ham sandwich instead.Of course mistakes happen but I waited in line for 20 minutes and the order was still wrong. Please train your staff if they notice it’s wrong to still correct it.
Newly built setup. The staff are friendly and helpful. I often go there and get the precise order without any long wait. Although they are busy but still they prepare the drinks in no time.
I went there today around 2.30pm… Nobody greets me at first when I entered the store. While waiting at register to order, the staff member saw me and then started doing her own stuff after ignored me. When I started ordering, because of the high music, she was barely hearing me and started yelling. I do not actually remember her name but it starts with B. After collecting my order, I said Thank-you and good bye, even then she did not responded me and said nothing. This is the first time I have experienced this kind of disgusting customer service ever. Would never go back there and will not recommend at all. Worst experience ever!!!
I love starbucks and this is the first time I had been to this location. I went inside and my order was to go. I bought 2 coffees and one Macchiato they had no stoppers or sleeves for the cups and the Macchiato cup was extremely sticky to hold and hot. When I asked for a tray they simply grabbed one and placed it on top of my cups. I didnt particularly like that. Once I got to my truck cups were messy and bottom of tray was sticky and messy due to the Macchiato oozing out through the top. I wont be going back to that location ever. Terrible
